I ordered loaded tots they brought me my tots w/bacon then going to tell me they don’t have the sauce or anything else…. that they would charge me for bacon and tots. I said no that’s not fine because this isn’t what I ordered the tots should be free due to me ordering loaded tots. No one told me they was out of sauce when I placed my order. But the manager said no. So I just had sticky nugs with no side. Then to top it off half of my sticky nugs were fresh and half was burnt.

Billy Jacks is one of the my favorite restaurants from my hometown so I am so happy they have one in Charlotte. Best burgers you will ever have! The service was great as well. Fast, friendly, clean. Great experience!

Place is fire. Burgers are good but the sticky nuggets yo shits are great. Good spot in nods to catch a late night meal with some alcohol

Food is sad, order the cheeseburger and you will understand. Alcohol is a poor selection of choices. I dont know what they have going for this place.

The Nashville sandwich was served drowned with a cup of “oil” Greasy at maximum. This is drunk people food.

A little slow with food orders (but waitresses and cooks are maintaining a lot of ppl at the same time so I understand (practicing patience lol). Quick with drinks, you end up forgetting u order food because of the atmosphere and the decorations makes it worth the wait, the food is amazing ( I have the mac nuggs ???). The waitress are really sweet and very good at their job. Would definitely recommend, they are very in tune with what's new.

Been here a few times and keep being impressed/surprised. Has the dive bar feel but with top notch service. Pub grub, but you didn't come here for the delicacies, just a drink and maybe a bite to eat.. and that's what you get at an amazingly reasonable price.

Wasn’t served for so long. They added extra sticky nuggets to our order when we told them we didn’t ask for it they refused to remove it from our receipt and still had to pay extra. Do No recommend for anyone in the area traveling they try to scam you.

Everything we got was soooo delicious! The cowboy burger was amazing. We will Def be making a trip back to Charleston to eat here. It was a fun vibe inside as well.
