Went in three times and every time I stepped foot into this place the customer service was unacceptable . It takes less energy to be polite than to be throwing around objects and giving rude stares. Treat the customers that you DO have good because they don’t have many.

Ordered online. Almost 19.00 for 2 mango boba. Got to storee and young lady was sitting at table. Order hadn't even been made. Told me to give her a few minutes and she would have it ready. I was the only person in the store. Floor was sticky and had a sweet sour smell. First visit and last visit

Update to old review: I went recently for boba and popcorn chicken, and although the chicken was good, the boba was basically water and ice. I went to grab some napkins, and a roach crawled out from the bottom. The employee saw it and smashed it with her hand, thinking I didn't see it and played it off, but I saw it all and walked out....super sad how low the quality is now. Used to be one of the best.

I echo the others here...I used to love this spot. It used to be vibrant and lively. I last visited in 2022 and people were there on their laptops, it was buzzing with conversation. I went yesterday --and it felt like I was in a foreign world. The floors are dingy and what used to be checkboard are now just grey, dirty squares. The handle on door was broken and the bathrooms are out of order. This place use to be so much fun to visit but now, it's a depressing as the employees look. I wouldn't eat or drink anything from this place and I'm just waiting on the other shoe to drop so someone nicer can take it's place. What happened? Were they sold to some other entity?

I used to really love this shop but recently it's been just one bad experience after another. They are constantly out of the things I come for, the staff gives me attitude for my order and often doesn't listen or is on their phones when I try to order. Really disheartening to see my favorite shop become a place I don't want to be at anymore.

came here for the first time since 2021 and it looks run down and dirty. There was hair in my drink and some sort of bug wing in the teriyaki chicken bowl we ordered. there were a couple of roaches in the back area. there were two workers that were sitting on their phones and so we had to wait to order our food until they noticed us. never coming back

horrible customer service. one person working. Asked for 2 drinks apparently she heard 3 so i had pay for any extra drink. inside looks super run down. will probably never come here again !

I tried to ask for a refund due to it not tasting right and also not being the right item and said they would not do one and it was my fault when they gave me the wrong thing. I will not be coming back.
I went few days ago! Looks different now, and depressing And they no longer have the ice cream round table were they naked it in front of you. Real boring setup an duel feeling. However they ppl that works there are really nice.

Customer service could use improvement. We were not greeted as we walked in. The two young ladies in the front are very loud and very unprofessional. They kept talking about what outfits they want to wear to “Coachella” and kept using cuss words knowing there’s little kids dining in. The food was not worth the price, pretty sure we just heard them microwave one of our orders. The milk tea was okay a little too sweet.

I just left this establishment. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes for our food. The staff admitted they messed up in making it. 3 people came in after us and received their orders before us. When I asked for A drink as compensation they declined. I’ve been a regular customer for years & I’m very upset. I’m sure my husband also tipped for this terrible service. I won’t be returning.
