I went few days ago! Looks different now, and depressing And they no longer have the ice cream round table were they naked it in front of you. Real boring setup an duel feeling. However they ppl that works there are really nice.

This place has a great variety of options for foods and drinks but I feel like staff is little rude and not friendly to make any adjustments as needed with your order

Customer service could use improvement. We were not greeted as we walked in. The two young ladies in the front are very loud and very unprofessional. They kept talking about what outfits they want to wear to “Coachella” and kept using cuss words knowing there’s little kids dining in. The food was not worth the price, pretty sure we just heard them microwave one of our orders. The milk tea was okay a little too sweet.

I just left this establishment. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes for our food. The staff admitted they messed up in making it. 3 people came in after us and received their orders before us. When I asked for A drink as compensation they declined. I’ve been a regular customer for years & I’m very upset. I’m sure my husband also tipped for this terrible service. I won’t be returning.

Okay! You guys won me over! The 1st time I tried boba was share tea. It was a good introductory but the second time was at Binkin! & now I’m a fan! Loved the mango milk tea! Definitely get a large & thank me later!

The cold coffee was just so bad. Was very watery. Did not like it at all. The mango milk tea was okay. The chicken popcorn was okay as well. There is ample seating space.

Food and drinks are pretty good; however, they need to label allergens accurately before they end up catching a lawsuit. I disclosed multiple times that I have a milk allergy and they said multiple times that my drink was completely dairy free. However, as I was still at the restaurant I felt my throat closing. One of the workers showed me the bag for my drink flavor and one of the top ingredients was whey (a milk protein and one of the top common allergens). These false claims of being dairy-free are extremely dangerous and life threatening for people with allergies.

The beef wasn't cooked well and gave my husband food poisoning.

The boba is a very weird texture as other reviews say..its almost slimey. i’m just spitting it out while trying to enjoy the rest of my drink. the tea is good though & it’s very considerate of them to put info on their site about the butterfly pea.

This is one of the places that I visited off hours and most of the people in there were relaxed. The crowd can be mixed mostly college. The drinks are very tasty. It's probably a good hang out for GenZ people. They do have one video game that talks out loud every minute. So if you're easily startled or nervous maybe you shouldn't come here.

My favorite noodle stop in Charlotte!! Their Yaki Udon is my favorite, and my boyfriend always comes back for their Chicken Katsu!

Original Review: 3rd time getting my tea without Boba, which is an extra charge.

Updated Review: It's been almost 2 years, they're better with their consistency, prices went up but the teas here are some of the best.

Atmosphere is kind of lacking, wish there were more colors. It feels sort of lifeless. However, the drinks and food there are great! Love their boba and some of my favorite snacks are from them. Unless you don't care about atmosphere, I would recommend ordering here and just getting it to go.
