I've been twice so far and both times were great. The pizza is delish, the caesar salad is perfect, the drinks are made well and the atmosphere is endearing. But the selling point for me was the service. I had no clue I was being served by the owner until the end of my second visit, she was so kind and personable both times I went. I can't say enough good things and I'm happy to support this business a million times over, worth the hype!

Lucked up and snagged a day of resy and I was definitely satisfied. The service was friendly and the food came out quickly. Started out with the Kale Ceaser and visually it was stunning. My only complaint is the dressing didn’t taste like a Ceaser, it was missing citrus and anchovy flavor. I think If those flavors were present it would’ve been 10/10.
We then had the OG vodka and pesto pizza and to be honest it was one of the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust/bottom of the pizza was crispy and the toppings were super flavorful.
Finished it off with the Olive oil cake and it was fire. Love this place and it definitely lives up to the hype as one of the best pizza in NC

The food and service were amazing! I consider myself a pizza snob. I’m from New Haven, CT and we are known for our pizza. This was hands down the best pizza I’ve had in Charlotte.
We got take out from Bird Pizzeria because it’s almost impossible to get a reservation inside! The pizza was good- we got two of them. One crust was better than the other because it had a bit more body and was crispier, so it stood up and did not flop. When you do take out, you make up your own topping combination, but I think I did a good job! The pre order and having them text you when it was ready was great. I’d much rather do that than order there and wait (in the heat!)

Best pizza i’ve ever had! Get the white pizza it is life changing. I will say that the kale caesar salad is overhyped but wow the pizza is out of this world!!!!! The lemon olive oil cake is nice and refreshing with a not as sweet buttermilk ice cream to balance it all out. Service and atmosphere is incredible! wow i wish it was easier to get into here that was insane!

This pizza isn’t soggy and flimsy it’s crisp and perfect. Best pizza i’ve ever had! Highly recommend the white pizza! Get hot honey on the side! The olive oil cake was very fresh! Best pizza in the queen city!
