We went for a pizza a couple of days ago at the Trade Street restaurant. The caesar salad was good. The pizza wasnât good. Iâm from Buffalo and the place would be out of business if it were in Buffalo. We ordered the pizza well done it was undercooked. Sauce was bland and not much on the pizza. Cheese wasnât spread evenly so there were areas with no cheese. Pepperoni was excellent. I heard from fellow WNYâs that the Mathewâs restaurant is good. We wonât go back.

No greeting upon entry, sat for 10 to 15 mins no one assisted . Finally after sitting to eat the manager appeared very bothered, racist towards my family. She was very rude, unprofessional and nasty. She failed to give her name & attempted to keep /steal my grand child's property that was left accidentally at the store. Apparently she was having a bad day but don't take that out on the customer's. I'm still in need of the owner's information to report her behavior disgusting!!!

We were so disappointed with the food,our very cold entrees came before our appz and each dish was a bigger let down than the last.The pizza was bland with sauce kin to canned ravioli,even after I requested my pizza reheated it was just obvious my slices were heat lamp old.My side of meatballs were drowning in cold canned ravioli esq quality sauce,the meatballs reminded me of Walmarts frozen Italian ones;very unappetizing.The only positive I can say was the pizza crust had a nice texture and crunch but bisonte pizza co. is definitely not âCharlottes best pizzaâ is generously give it top 5 worst pizza in charlotte.

Came with family to meet up and ordered the equivalent of a supreme pizza and had it Buffalo style (NY style is the thin crust). The pizza was fresh and so delicious. Saw a good number of people picking up pre-ordered food whether it was a whole pizza or pizza by the slice. Our server was trying to keep up with the crowd. Wish I got a picture of the pizza but when it hit the table it smelled so good we IMMEDIATELY began passing out slices đ

Wanted to get a quick bite to eat before a concertâŠapparently our server was in NO hurry to make that happen. We ordered everything as soon as we sat down. *Can we please get ranch with our mozzarella sticks?âWe were there 30 minutes before the mozzarella sticks with marinara and fries came out (thanks parking meter for keeping time for me), when I asked for ranch, she had to come back and rubber neck to see that there was no ranch on there. 10 minutes later the pizza came out and we had to get it to go. I know the server isnât the cook but there was no âsorry your food is taking FOREVERâ, there was no âI know there is NO ONE in here but the kitchen is really slowâ, nothing. Just a slow saunter in some yellow crocs to and fro. This was such an awful experience. As much as we enjoyed Bisonteâs the first time, we wonât be back. Signed, eating from the car driving to The Fillmore.

My son is a student at Johnson and Wales. A culinary student at that , with a 4.0 gpa who absolutely loves food . He truly prides himself on not just quality and ingredients, but also service, and thats everywhere he goes. When we first arrived in Charlotte at the school a year ago we got pizza here the night before I drove back to Virginia. He was in line longer than he should have been but when we got the food he said it was totally worth it. He loved the food. Since then he has frequented this place throughout the year almost weekly. Well Today he went to pick up an order and there was a Caucasian woman who he greeted and spoke to , to get his order. (This is Monday 10/28 around 5pm) Anyone who knows my son knows heâs a 6 foot tall quiet reserved respectable black man but a true gentle giant. He repeatedly try to get this employees attention to pick up his order and she repeatedly ignored, never responded or acknowledged him. He reached out to me 5 hours away because it truly hurt him. He didnât know what he had done wrong. He is not like me by any means (because I would have gotten her attention) and he is not confrontational at all. He was able to get the attention of another employee who happened to walk out. I do not care how hard customer service is or what kind of day you had. You stay in the back and out of sight if you are having a bad day and canât deal anymore . The automatic assumption to my child is âshe didnât want to help me because Iâm blackâ, And she gave no other explanation for this in her behavior. I told my son these are places you simply no longer frequent. They lose business , theyll figure out why eventually. Your black money can be used where itâs appreciated. I so bad want to get in my car and make the 5 hour drive to meet this woman myself. Because my son is the most kindhearted person (to a fault) you could meet, and your complete disregard of his existence was 100% unnecessary and unwarranted. I hope this establishment realizes itâs more than âfairly good foodâ, that keeps a business truly successful.
Great food, good prices! Pizzas are good, especially several of the specialty pies. The wings are some of the best in Charlotte. Highly recommend this place uptown near Gateway Center.
