The past 3 times I’ve been here my order has been 15 min or more late. All 3 times I’ve been told it’ll only be a little longer and then it’s significantly longer and no one says anything. While the foods good the service makes it so I’ll be going elsewhere.

Good pizza, New York style. The wings were also good. Lots of hero/sandwich options and many wing sauce options. Our family favorite was the honey sesame. The garlic sticks were a little soggy but bland. Overall a good experience, would return if in the area. My daughter wanted a slice of cheese, but she was told they only had pepperoni left, so she agreed to pepperoni. 15 minutes later this is the slice they served my daughter. When I asked about it they said it got overcooked this afternoon when they originally cooked it at 1:00. So I said, so you burnt this pizza 6 hours ago, and then you decided it was okay to serve to me? To which she replied-that’s how we do it. I asked if we could get another, and it was their last slice apparently. She offered my daughter some ranch. Really? I was incredulous.

From 5 stars to 2!! This location skimps on the toppings. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this location and the last 3-4 times I’ve noticed toppings are so scarce. This last time there was barely any cheese in the pizzas. $50+ for probably the worst pizza I’ve seen. I’ll be calling the owner!! I’m so angry and I should have complained much earlier!! This place is terrible!!

Buffalo style pizza is amazing. Crust isn’t too thick or too thin; good texture and taste. Sauce was plentiful as were the toppings.

These are the best wings I have found in Charlotte! I've lived here for 27 years and wing places come and go. This one is the best. I went to the Ballantyne location and ordered the bourbon, Carolina BBQ, teriyaki and lemon pepper. All were amazing. You're missing out if you don't jump to Bisonte for all your wing needs. I will be going back soon!

Hate giving bad scores when others really like a place, but this was not good pizza. Ordered a large NY style pepperoni pizza to watch some football and ended up having to heat up some leftovers. Let's start with the good, pepperoni is fantastic, curled up into little cups of salty goodness. The crust is awful, if it's not premade or frozen, it definitely tastes that way; bland, no texture or chew at all. The sauce, again tastes like something straight of of a can very bland, needed garlic and oregano at home to give it any taste at all. Had it not been for the pepperoni this would've been Little Caesar's bad. Sorry guys this is not NY pizza. Lorenzo's down the block is 10X better for the same price and size.

It’s one thing to be behind on a busy day of the year, which is understandable, but to fail to acknowledge that and do nothing to correct the situation is another. Don’t order here on a typically busy day unless you’re prepared for a 1 hour delay at minimum. Oh, and they won’t tell you that beforehand, so you’ll have the pleasure of standing on their pick up area for that entire time.

Very good pizza. Dough, sauce and pepperoni are fantastic. Just not enough. Hopefully, this isn't the norm for the amount of toppings that they put on their pizza. This is my first time trying this location. Please let me know if this is the norm. Pepperoni and cheese. Italian sausage and mushroom. Need more toppings, please!!!
Basic hole in the wall pizza joint. Service was solid and pizza came straight from the oven. Pepperoni has a bit of a kick to it. They didn't have specialty pizza by the slice. No frills joint with great service.

We had heard from multiple people how amazing your pizza was, so we ordered take out it tasted like it would have been good but it was extremely undercooked so it was not a very pleasant experience and we have been hesitant to try it again. Sorry
