I'm glad that I remember this place was here. The food was tasty. I got a beef rice and salad bowl as takeout. (FYI-They have a beef and steak option. The steak option is ribeye and the beef is beef bulgogi.) Make sure you try the various sauces. They are located at the back of the restaurant in a large metal container with a lid. The bowl was a great value. There was enough food for two meals. The beef was tender and flavourful. The salad veggies were really fresh. The sauces provided additional flavor. I got 5 sauces: kimchi sauce (not very spicy almost like a salsa), green sauce (tangy, not sure what it is), rice bowl sauce (vinegary with some sweetness), spicy mayo and red sauce.
Second time here and again it felt like I had the place to myself. Not sure how word hasn’t spread. Smallish menu (hence the name?) but packed with flavor. Standouts to me have been the bao buns and kimchi fries. They have great weekly specials, as well as $3 drafts on Tuesdays (with a pretty decent selection).
Went there on a whim with the wife. I was very surprised by how much food you got in the Salad and Rice meal. Enough for two meals (still finished it in one). The fired mushrooms were really good; we enjoyed the dry rub and their spicy and mild sauce. They have a really nice sauce bar, it should be your first stop as soon as you get the food. The service was excellent and the restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely worth a try.
This place was nothing short of amazing. The kimchi fries and chicken wings were out of this world. Bravo. The bathrooms were spotless and sweet and helpful hosts were icing on the cake.
Wow this place was sooo good!! Found this place by accident searching for a place to eat while working in the area. It’s a Korean/Asian fusion menu, and can do carry out, but we decided to eat in so the food would taste fresher. Plenty of seating and booths inside, which it didn’t look like online. Don’t know how I didn’t hear of this place, but already planning to go back! They’re a little hidden right across from Yama and next to where Earth Fare used to be. We got a ribeye burrito (could only eat half), garlic soy boneless wings, steak bao, fried mushroom bao, and pork kimchi fries. Everything was excellent! Food came out fast and service was great. Loved the sauce bar, and the kimchi salsa ended up on everything I ate!
Great food, and service. The place is super clean. If they got ride of the insane video sound playlist it would be a hit. The music is the same band and each song sounds the same. It makes feel like I am in a twilight zone.
This place is great! It has the Seoul food flavor with slightly different dishes. We Tried the mixed rice bowl with pork, it was a very generous portion for the price, the wings are the same as at Seoul food, and there's less traffic here, more casual and peaceful. It's strange this place was empty on a Saturday afternoon, I think they may need to do a bit more marketing, it seems not a lot of people know this is here. Highly recommended, stop in when you are in the South Park area.
Definitely stop and try this place for a quick bite.1. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is friendly and they will explain anything you have questions about without making you feel rushed.2. The wings are amazing!!3. Try a bit of everything as they all pair pretty well.4. The dining area is very open, clean, and modern. There is also outdoor seating.5. Make sure you grab sauce and condiments in the left corner opposite the register and the entrance.6. I didn't have anything negative to say about our visit. If I had to make a complaint I wish our food came out just a little warmer.
The owner and staff are very friendly. The place is nice and clean. They have a sauce bar with different sauces you can try out. The menu is short an simple. The food is ok! I wasnt "wow" by it. The kimchi fries, I feel it can have a little more taste to it. The kimchi looked like it was finely chopped which I think kinda changed the taste of it. You cant really taste that it's there. I would've love more seasoning and sauce on it. The taco was a disappointment! Very bland, the tortilla was hard. The bao bun was ok, I've had better. Meat has no seasoning and I would've love more of the pickles veggies. The wings was good. It was very crispy and well coated with the sauce. Overall, I wouldn't just drive about an hour to this place just to eat. I would consider it if I was near by but it's not a must have for me.
Came here for Taco Tuesday, will definitely come back! For only their SECOND day opened the staff was wonderful, the food was very tasty, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxed and fun. There was a miscommunication on our part when we ordered, and they accommodated us right away! Food was hot and fresh - ESPECIALLY the doughnuts! Can't wait to see their success here

Love the concept! Nice quick service with friendly servers and management. Sauce bar is a great touch as well! Wings are definitely among the best in Charlotte. As they are a new business, they're still working out some quirks, but I'm confident this place will be here to stay!
The food was ok. They have a sauce bar and the food is kind of bland until you add the sauces. They also do not allow any modifications to the dishes so if you have picky eaters or allergies maybe avoid them. Overall pretty mediocre which is a shame because the other two restaurants they own are amazing.
I am glad they moved a Korean restaurant like this closer south. Staff was very friendly patience and helpful. Smaller selection on the menu which makes easier to choose. Hopefully they have something rotating which would beneficial for them. I tried the fried Tofu which my wife really liked and said it was done perfectly had the soy garlic and sweet and mild, soy garlic was better for me. The pork bao bun had really tasty pork and a good bun, I had mixed feelings about the flavor inside. The kimchi fires with chicken and melted cheese were alot better than expected and we scored it for a $1 this week. The mixed rice on salad with steak was a great size portion, would be a great lunch item. The salad and individually seasoned tomatoes and Broccoli which made it stand out and was very refreshing and flavorful. The korean grape drink that has grapes inside was also very good, we watered it down and was still very good as its sweet. My only complaint was the wait which is understandable. Will be back tomorrow for tacos while the great daily deals are running.
Love this place, and keep coming back for more! Amazing wings, and even though I'm not normally a fan of tofu, I cant help but say it was really good and definitely worth a try.
Amazing food! Fresh and with great flavor. A TON of food for the price! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful
