The good: considering it's a Korean street food restaurant, there's a good bit of variety for carnivores, herbivores and everything between. Their wings come in traditional chicken, boneless, tofu and mushroom (TWO vegetarian options?!?) and the variety of protein carries through most of their dishes. I was very pleased with the spicy pork in my bibimbap (yes, I know, it's a street food joint but I wanted rice and veg so excuse me) and the sriracha cracklings were every bit as good as we remembered from Seoul Food. The bad: we love bao when it's like eating a fluffy dough cloud. Ours at bit were more like storm clouds created a few days earlier, maybe at the parent restaurant, and then served like leaden lumps either with savory fillings or sweet coatings. fNo bueno in either case. The ugly: even for Korean, the sauces were sweet. My soy garlic mushroom "wing" was more breading than shroom and tasted like pastry. Our food took a good bit of time to come out and when it did, we had two items we didn't order that I later discovered was on our tab. (I adore my spouse but he doesn't scrutinize bills the way I do.) Now, happily the extra $12 won't kill us fiscally but it doesn't help my opinion of bit. Without the radiant and sincere smile from one of the front staff - who was not running the register - I would have landed my rating a bit lower. Bit lower. Get it?Anyway. We want to try again. And shall.

It's a fast casual version of Seoul Food Meat Co.! Which I freakin love because the parking in south end for Seoul wings is awful. I'm so glad they have a fast casual spot with the same wings and awesome new small bites as well!! Yes Seoul Meat Co. is amazing but if you just want to grab wings quickly go to Bit! We ordered the Soy Garlic wings which are amazing as always and I really enjoyed the rice cakes too! I'm excited for the "coming soon" items and can't wait to come back and try more things! Service was great, my family and I were just super excited we got to enjoy Soy Garlic wings without having to find and pay for parking in south end plus wait an obscene amount of time for food after a long day at IKEA the wings really hit the spot!

So when I got there the place was empty but I think it is because it is still fairly new because YES!!!! It is a very spacious modern setup with outside seating. It's in a nice strip mall area, but the parking can be a little tedious, so if you can walk, do so. Again, it's a nice area so it is a pleasant walk.So I decided to be a lil greedy and try a few things since I don't live here. I had a chicken rice bowl , fried mushrooms (half soy garlic/half spicy and mild), and a bao with steak.EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!!!! Now I will say that they were a little heavy with the sauce on the steak, but they probably wanted to make sure that there was enough to enjoy with the bao. Outside of that, it was like a hibachi experience with a modern twist, and I loved it! They even had the option to use purple rice. I didn't know what I was getting into but I loved it! Lol.Customer service was really helpful and kind. THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN THANK GOD cuz I had to leave for the airport afterward, lol. This is definitely a place I'll keep in mind whenever I'm in the city.

I visited bit on 1/10/23 with a friend. I really enjoyed the experience. I'm a big fan of Seoul Food Meat Company, so I had high hopes. I would have loved a few more different menu options, as it's obviously a smaller menu than the flagship restaurant, so lots of repeats didn't make much sense to me. It's possible I'm not understanding the concept?Anyway, though, the soy garlic wings, per usual, were delicious. The salad option was light and refreshing. We didn't enjoy the sweet bao buns, though, which was unfortunate because the plain ones are usually delicious. But, the ones we received were much harder than usual.I'd also add that the service there was great. There was one person working the register and she knocked it out of the park, from beginning to end. I'd definitely return if I was in the area, but I'd probably go to Seoul Food Meat Company first if I wasn't already close by.

I walked in to the place and it's not anything special, I was just hungry and wanted something to eat. Customer service was not good... they took a good while to come out and take my order and then they get it wrong! I try correcting it and they use foul language. The food tasted days old and microwaved, nothing tasted fresh and I did not have a good eat. Horrible place!

Food was good but I didn't get my wings when I had waited over 20 mins. I called to see if I could get a refund for the wings I didn't get and they said nah you can come in for 15% tho , this place food is good but the service is trash . Eat here if you wanna get your orders incomplete and wrong , terrible place needs work .

They ruined my order, and they took too long on it. I asked for boneless and they had left the bones in my wings. I am very upset about this and I don't recommend for other people to come here again

I justed checked this place out for the first time since I love Seoul Food. The food was great if a little pricey but large portions and a sauce bar!!

So I found this new Korean cuisine. I want to just make this short and sweet! The staff was amazing, very polite and informative. I got the chicken bun bao, as well as the chicken lettuce wrap! The flavors! When I tell you the flavor was out of this world good. I promise you this is a spot to stop by. Oh and the donuts are freshly made hot! Thank you for the great food.

We ate here when it first opened and I had to come back to write a review because it was just not a good experience. I've eaten from many Korean chicken places, including spots in Korea, and I honestly think this place ranks bottom on my list. The soy sauce chicken was just so salty, and the no refund spicy was strangely sweet and not spicy? Texture wise, the chickens are well fried, but the flavors were not good at all. Confused if they've improved since then based on other reviews, but I say you're better off going to a chain like bonchon or bbq chicken for Korean fried chicken than to go here.

I'm glad that I remember this place was here. The food was tasty. I got a beef rice and salad bowl as takeout. (FYI-They have a beef and steak option. The steak option is ribeye and the beef is beef bulgogi.) Make sure you try the various sauces. They are located at the back of the restaurant in a large metal container with a lid. The bowl was a great value. There was enough food for two meals. The beef was tender and flavourful. The salad veggies were really fresh. The sauces provided additional flavor. I got 5 sauces: kimchi sauce (not very spicy almost like a salsa), green sauce (tangy, not sure what it is), rice bowl sauce (vinegary with some sweetness), spicy mayo and red sauce.

I've been to their original location several times, but the menu here is a bit different with a few of their popular items. I went with some friends and we shared: - Beef Rice Bowl - Soy Garlic/Sweet & Mild Wings - Soy Garlic/Sweet & Mild Mushrooms - Steak Taco - Pork Bao Bun - Condensed Milk Donuts The wings have always been my go to, but we all agreed that the mushrooms were our favorite here. They were fried perfectly. The Bao was a bit big for my preference, but it was still good. I was hoping for more toppings on the rice bowl, but the flavor of the beef was still great. I appreciated their nice outdoor patio/seating area and it wasn't busy when we went for lunch. I'd recommend sharing if you can so that you can try more of the menu!

Second time here and again it felt like I had the place to myself. Not sure how word hasn’t spread. Smallish menu (hence the name?) but packed with flavor. Standouts to me have been the bao buns and kimchi fries. They have great weekly specials, as well as $3 drafts on Tuesdays (with a pretty decent selection).

Went there on a whim with the wife. I was very surprised by how much food you got in the Salad and Rice meal. Enough for two meals (still finished it in one). The fired mushrooms were really good; we enjoyed the dry rub and their spicy and mild sauce. They have a really nice sauce bar, it should be your first stop as soon as you get the food. The service was excellent and the restaurant itself was very clean. Definitely worth a try.

Wings... WINGS... WIINNNNGSSSSS.... Real K-Style wings!!! Large and double-breaded with whatever magical (corn starch???) encasement and wonderfully sauced!!! I don't like wings... but i LOVE the wings from bit! I get them 20 at a time and bite anyone's fingers that attempts to sample from my plate!! Oh and the Bao are HUGE!!! Like Texas-size HUGE!!! I mistakenly ordered 3, on my first visit... thinking they would be.. you know.. NORMAL sized and I could sample the Bulgogi, Chicken and Pork.... Each Bao was like a MEAL in itself... a full-sized sandwich almost!!! AND delicious!!! Big screen TVs are overhead BLASTING K-POP bands: the girly, the boy, the girly-boy, the boy-girl... I can't tell... but a FUN place!!! My pre-teen daughters mesmerized by the over-saturated colors, pulsing lights and swinging hips while intoxicated on sweet wings, hot wings, WINGS!!! but not MY wings Leave MY wings alone and get your own. Oh, and if you order the fries with Bulgogi and cheese and everything... be prepared for a LONG nap of happiness afterwards.. bit you later!
