Service is always excellent even when they have a full house. Mood here reminds me of San Diego's scene.

Busy day, scraped shin from a lumberjack incident, very little food... and hey: I'm hungry. There are a ton of places right here and everything looks good but Blackfin seems to have the right kind of hot food with beer and fair prices. I had a Boston lager which is always solid and crispy deviled eggs came out to keep us company. Panko encrusted and deep fried. It's a good idea. The eggs weren't stacked up with flavor. Maybe the panko took some away or could be something else. They were good, just not great. The hot sauce in the plate was slightly spicy and each egg half came with a slice of homemade dill pickle, both adding a needed kick. I ordered a Balboa. Roast beef and provolone on a hoagie, au jus and "fin fries" on the side. The sandwich was delicious and cooked just right. I did not put a straw into the au jus, but I thought about it. My wife's Bama chicken sandwich was decent. The dill pickles there really gave it that flavor and texture. I thought the chicken by itself was bland but she liked it. Fin fries are fries (no kidding!) with a dusting of there special spice mix. These are Quite good and cooked just right. And to top off the meal our server, Elisa, was super nice and friendly and on top of things. All together a good experience and I'd return.

Blackfinn has a drink menu featuring several local brews that is not overwhelming to look at on the menu. The food menu is unique and everything we had from the jalapeno beer cheese to the Balboa with fried egg was amazing. The staff and server were all very friendly and helpful. The server had some issues keeping up with our drinks, but overall it was a great experience for the wife and I over Valentine's Day weekend.

I like this place. It is exactly what you'd expect. It's not fine dining but it is good food. It's great for a quick drink and a bar bite. Go in expecting a dive bar experience and you'll be happy when you leave satisfied.

Went with 5 other coworkers after a long day if planning and the Blackfinn Ameripub was fun. Our server was super attentive and made sure that all our needs were met. I had a hard time deciding what to eat as there were so many good choices. I tried the filet mignon and it was delicious and filling. We will definitely be back.

I arranged for 12 friends to dine at Blackfinn Ameripub in the Epicenter before a Broadway Lights play and the entire experience was wonderful! A great menu! Delicious food! Prompt & friendly service! A great setting! and great prices! All 12 of us were in-and-out in 1-hour and we will definitely meet at Blackfinn before other plays. Oh, "Come From Away" was 5-star too!

I stay near here often for work travel and of the many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, this is my go-to. Food is fresh, well-prepared and reasonably priced. I’ve had seafood mainly, and it’s always very fresh and flavored just right. Salads and veggies are great. Good wine and beer choices and the bartenders/servers are EXCELLENT. Kudos to Tiffany who is so friendly and spot-on in customer care.

Came here for the Ohio State Buckeyes watching party. Good food, great atmosphere, probably 200 Buckeyes there. Our waiter did a great job. Lost to Clemson on 3 lousy referee calls. Otherwise, a great time.

Several local beers on tap and a very clean atmosphere. Calamari appetizer was excellent, but fish tacos had a little too much slaw which masked the taste of the halibut. Wife had a burger which she enjoyed.

Ordered fried calamari for starters, it was pretty good took another bite and a long piece of hair was in my food. Waitress standing there watching me pull hair out. She turn to say no one in the restaurant have that color hair. It's not mine I have locs in my hair. This type of service is not what expected. Could of said my apologies anything bit it's not my staff. Didn't want anything other. I wouldn't recall coming here we just had a gift card. 1st and last time here.
