Blasian Asian Way started as a food truck that now has a storefront at Optimist Hall. It’s a quick casual establishment utilizing Optimist’s open seating. The owner is extremely kind and personal so the service is great. He struck up conversations with many customers and stayed open late for folks. The food is American-Korean fusion where recipes are family-made. To me, it tastes more fusion than authentic, but that doesn’t take anything away from it being a good meal. The bulgogi fries had good sauce and flavor and was a very large portion. Cost is a bit high, but portion size is fair. I enjoyed the fries, but ultimately may go elsewhere for korean.

I'm sure this could be good. I ordered the chicken rice bowl. My rice was MUSHY and the chicken was old tasting and over cooked as in not fresh at all. The chicken was dry and old. .Again the rice was so mushy it was gross. I really just couldn't finish this. Not fresh. We waited for almost an hour to get our food too!!! For the price of this bowl, I just couldn't believe i spent this much money.

I have celiac’s disease, and the chef went out of his way and made a fresh bulgogi using tamari on the spot. It was so delicious, and the staff was so considerate- can’t wait to eat here again!

Blasian Asian is one of the newer restaurants located in Camp North End. Jessica and Julianna really made this experience complete. Jeffrey you have the most perfect ladies working this store and amazing menu! We’ll be visiting the food truck soon as well.
Wow, these wings are Bussin (FYI) that means Delicious. Everyone needs to try this place not only is the food delicious but the service was remarkable and the women are the best. The prices are Great also.
