My granddaughter and I just arrived in Charlotte hungry and we passed this shopping center with Blaze Pizza, got to my son’s house and started telling her how good the pizza I had before was so good. We ordered, my son picked up and it was delicious just like I remembered. A small pizza with 2 toppings and a drink for $10, not a bad deal. I give you guys 5 ⭐️ Viola

I am updating my review to 5 stars after the response from the management. The only reason I gave 4 in the first place was because the lock doesn’t work in the mens restroom since a while now. I have been here several times in the last few months.. the food, service and atmosphere were always 5 stars.

I will never order pizza online again. They do not follow instructions and they overcooked my pizza and they missed toppings that were clearly put down and I even put a note to add extra and it wasn’t done. I advise if you were going to get pizza you go in and order it and watch them make it
Customer Service contacted me and said that I could go ahead and send them a picture of the pizza and they would refund me. I sent them a picture of it through the entire pizza in the trashcan and didn’t get a refund back at all. Absolutely horrible customer service.
