Blaze Pizza at this location is associated with WheelBlockers, a bullying/intimidating parking and towing company. In less than 1 minute, the WheelBlockers employee put a wheel lock on my car when I was right in front of him, he did not give me a chance to move my vehicle when I realized my honest mistake. Since I had forgotten my wallet at home that day (placed a DoorDash order with saved cc), it took me almost 2 hours to get hold of someone and $250 to drive my vehicle away. Best thing to stop these predatory companies is to stop patronizing any and all businesses that partner or associate with them. Next best thing is to contact the Charlotte City Council as they approve the ordinances. The WheelBlockers employee is also clearly very hostile. I considered not posting this photo because in the big scheme of things he is, sorry to say, a peon in the company hierarchy, but he is still part of the problem.

Build your own pizza is the best deal you'll get. My favorite is a white-top cheese pizza loaded with chicken, bacon, ranch, pesto, garlic, ricotta, mozzerella, seasonings, spinach, and hot honey drizzle. This is unbeatable. Also, you can choose thin crust or rising crust, which is my choice favorite.

Was very disappointed tonight. I came in to get my usual build your own pizza with cauliflower crust. I always ask to have the crust cooked a little before the toppings because the crust gets soggy if I don’t. The workers told me they couldn’t do that but I live in the area and I’ve been to that location numerous times and they’ve done it every time. There is no other location in the area. Im obviously super upset. It just sucks since that’s the only location near by and that’s what I had a craving for.

I ordered a large pizza through the app and requested to have a half a base of spicy red sauce and half of pesto garlic. I specifically put in the requests. The employee did not make the pizza as requested. He stated that he did not see it on the order. I understand that either I made a mistake or the website did not process it but i’m 100% confident that i typed in that i want half spicy red sauce and half pesto base. When i politely addressed this to the employee/manager at oven. He stated that the order was not wrong at all and that his ticket did not have the request honored. I understood and politely asked if it can be remade for what i paid for he. He rudely denied me. Multiple times. I extremely politely and reasonably asked for it to be remade as it was a mistake form some party that should be honored for what i paid for. He was extremely rude and did not remake it. When I said fine just refund me and I’ll reorder it. I haven’t even TOUCHED the order yet and he says it can’t be refunded since it’s online. I also ordered spicy red sauce for my breadsticks and he gave me regular even after I asked him. The other employees were in a daze and completely slow. I work at Toppers Pizza and know how to honor requests especially for pizza. I am rarely the one to complain but the behavior of these employees was unacceptable and rude and frankly a waste of money. Not to mention the pizza was plain sloppy.

The Pho was bland. This was also a first-time seeing boiled eggs in Pho.
They were out of crispy chicken. And the sauce for the egg rolls was too sweet and tasted too much like either cinnamon or clove.
The service was terrible. Not only were we not greeted, but we were avoided for several minutes. The tables were cleared but not wiped down. I don't know if they were understaffed or not, but they were not very busy enough for the poor service that was provided.
