Kyles helped me and my friend tonight. 3rd time here. He’s super friendly and helpful. I’m leaving this review in particular to counteract any complaint you may receive from a rude customer that came in after hours demanding service and making a scene. Kyle does good work.

Because they do not have much cheese as stated, you could not ask for extra. Ok l get it but don't skip on what you would normally put on the pizza. The price did not lessen but the cheese certainly did. I refused the pizza as they were making it. Too bad, so sad....

One of the best Pizzas I have ever eaten! This was our first time at this location. Traci, DQ, and JR provided an absolutely amazing experience. I would highly recommend this location if looking for a quality pizza as well as EXCELLENT customer service. Drove 25 miles to try their pizza, I showed up at 8:30 PM and was told that they closed early with no explanation given, despite their sign stating they were open until 9 PM and having customers inside that were ordering. The owner/manager was refusing entry to anyone, acting extremely aggressive, and blocking the door with his body which I took a video of. Everyone waiting outside was pissed. Blaze, you lost multiple customers tonight!

I waited 2 hours in line today to try and get a $3.14 pizza as advertised. Around 8 pm (the restaurant closes at 9 pm), a man (which I assume is the owner or manager) started screaming at all of us “This is it!” and proceeded to kick us out, despite having waited in line for 2 hours. As someone who works in the service industry, this is not how you treat your customers especially on a day that had been advertised for $3.14 pizza for Pi Day. I wouldn’t come back to this location again, not only did they waste my time but it was an awful experience.

I've been coming to this Blaze for a while and most days the pizza is good and others days it's terrible. Last night I was given a burnt pizza. It was like trying to bite into cardboard and tasted like it too.

I come in often after work and get the cheesy bread with garlic. I highly recommend this business, just be patient especially when there’s only two people making all the pizza! other than the wait the foods AWLAYS 10/10 and great price! the workers are great as-well and super apologetic for the wait!

I HAVE TO PAY $2.50 FOR A CUP OF WATER AFTER I JUST PAID $50 FOR OVERPRICED PIZZA? On top of this, staff was extremely slow and I felt like an inconvenience being there. The woman who made my food gave me almost no toppings.

The food is ok, but not enough toppings for $11.00. Service is a bit slow and not very friendly. The worst part is I really have to pay $2.50 for a cup of water?? I asked for a water cup and was told no water cups will be given, so I bought a fountain drink just to get water anyway. The worst part is, after I asked and was told no, the woman behind me asked and the guy sneakily gave her one and said he wouldn't charge her for it. When the employees can't even get behind a policy, that should be a red flag that maybe it's not the best policy.
