I grew up in NYC and trust me we know food better than anyone. I understand that everyone has their opinion on what food they like. A lot of ethnic restaurants open up here in Charlotte, Knowing that people here mayn't know what real Jamaican is supposed to taste like. The whole purpose of this interview is to help someone to save their hard earned money by skipping this place. The food is absolutely terrible, I ordered cabbage as one of my sides. I watched the cook pull a pot from somewhere and pour water into the pot. In the pot was the cabbage he was gonna serve me. Then he lit the stove to warm the cabbage. I quickly stopped him and told him to give me the greens instead. The OX tails where horrible as well again no flavor and the rice was under cooked. In NYC we have all the worlds foods there. These people are just trying to make a quick buck. They don't care if you comeback or not. Trust me they won't be around for long. Don't go to this restaurant.

We used Blessed by The Best Soul Food Catering for my son high school baseball banquet and the food was great. Everything she cooked for us was delicious Baked chicken Fried chicken Chicken Alfredo Green beans Cabbage The Mac n cheese…..was my favorite…amazing taste I will Definitely use her again and I highly recommend her to anybody that looking for soulful Catering
