This place is awesome. The food is super delicious and the prices are in my opinion adequate. The staff is super friendly and attentive. I love coming to this place, small but comfortable and a hidden gem; reminds me of those hole in a wall spots in New York that only the locals know how good it is.

I teach right down the road and tried this place for the first time. I want feeling too hot so ordered the biggest container of clear soup they have. I also ordered chicken and steak hibachi! This is the best hibachi around! The clear soup was kinda weird and didn't really have a taste. However, that will not stop me from going! Not to mention the person who helped us was extremely nice!

Super quaint location. Down to earth. Humble servers and chefs. Went for a pre party snack and loved the atmosphere and food. It was a little expensive for the quality of food. Hence the reason for the 4 stars. Overall, I am pleased. I'm not blown away but would be willing to try other foods. The server recommended our meal, and we enjoyed it.

Tried Blue Orchid on a whim driving past looking for a lunch spot. Pleasantly surprised by the service, food and music. Worship music played as we ate lunch, providing a calming lunch experience. There are 3 tables that seat 4, 3 booths that seat 4 and 2 high rise tables that seat 3. There are also 3 seats at the window to see food prep. Our sushi rolls came out fast and were super fresh. The chicken tempura roll was the best one I've ever had. My sister said the Alaskan roll was good but the Caprese roll was the best. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. We will definitely be back here again!

My sister wanted to celebrate her birthday here. I am not usually a sushi person, but I found it interesting and a good change of my usual American eateries. The place is small to medium in size, able to accommodate about twenty people, give or take. The service was good with the attendant taking our drink orders in short haste and food order about 4mins later. They had Ramen bowls, fried rice entrees as well as salad options on the menu. In addition, the attendant gave us a quick run down of the sushi identifying the items with raw meats (sashimi). I had California spicy cruchy roll w/ spicy terriaki chicken fried rice. My food was seasoned although I found my sushi a little mushy from the last time I remembered having it. My chicken was delicious and melt- in -the mouth tender and had the right amount of heat for spice. Overall I rate it a keeper, and I will return to try another sushi option with a different entree option!

Small place, but big in flavor, offers a good variety of tasty food. I was very surprised about how low the prices of some items are. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be returning. Very comfortable and relaxing, I love the fact that they were playing Christian music. I am not religious but I believe in God. Being away from home gives me comfort when ever I hear music adoring God.

My meal was excellen, I found it to be inexpensive. The service was great, although the place is very small, it makes up with the good food and how friendly and attentive the staff is. I love the fact that during my visit they had Christian music on. Very relaxing and comforting.

First time visiting Blue Orchid. My wife and I love trying highly rated sushi and Asian restaurants. Blue Orchid did not disappoint! We were greeted immediately and opted to sit at the sushi bar. Both sushi chefs greeted us and let us know they were available to answer any questions. It was a little busy with all booths taken and only a few tables available. To be honest, as we were looking over the menu, we almost left. The prices for specialty rolls were a little high. I told my wife we had to stay and at least try it. So we ordered a few standard rolls, one specialty roll, and some fried rice. Our order was taken immediately and was served fairly quick for how busy they were.From the first bite to the last bite, it was very evident that this food was very fresh and Loaded with flavor. Anyone who knows sushi, knows when it fresh! This sushi is top 3 easily on our list and the one specialty roll I order, was absolutely amazing, it was the Wasabi Creme. I ordered the spicy chicken fried rice and was blown away at the flavor of the rice. I normally like a shrimp or white sauce with my rice and this rice needed no sauce! A first for me! If you haven’t tried this place, it’s a must for any sushi and hibachi fried rice lover. We will be back to try more specialty rolls. The price as I described was a little high, however, for the quality, it’s spot on!
