Great food, service, and vibe. the menu has something for everyone, and for a family of 5, that's a huge deal. Everyone was satisfied with their dish, and the margaritas were delicious as well. We will be back!

ASHLYNN WAS A FANTASTIC WAITRESS!!! SHE NEVER LET A CUP GET EMPTY, THE FOOD WAS HOT, FAST & DELICIOUS! SHE HAD THE BEST PERSONALITY! CASS WAS SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL! SHE CLEANED OFF A BIGGER BOOTH SO THAT WE HAD MORE ROOM AND NEVER STOPPED SMILING! RYAN WAS AMAZING TOO! HE WENT TO THE KITCHEN SO HE COULD TELL US THE INGREDIENTS OF THE SAUCE AND EVEN GOT MY SON AN EMPTY CONTAINER! WE COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE! THANK YOU. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

This is a great place to go hang out and do several Grown up activities in one place. I think it daytime family friendly but is definitely a spot after dark for 21 and up . It’s actually a melting pot for age groups here and it seems to be a respectable vibe.

updated review . I go to boardwalk Billy’s twice a month if not more . I typically go after church , the usual activities. Today was my last straw every time I go I ordered the same exact thing and it never comes out right but because the place has a good atmosphere for families from time to time.I didn’t get a chance to order food Today because like usual, I made a specific request and i did not get my request fulfilled. in good fashion, I still tipped the waitress. Be cautious about what you’re getting when you decide to go also taking the consideration of the time you decide to go

We were in Charlotte on Wednesday for Usher’s amazing concert. We ate an early dinner at Boardwalk Billy’s. We started with the chicken nachos which were really good. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos with fries, and mango frozen drink. My niece and friend had the crab boil. I enjoyed my food and our server was great. I didn’t get her name but she was a young white female and she was the BEST! I hope she reads this ( we were on the patio and came inside due to the wasps).

We ordered the fried pickles, the Flownder and shrimp combo, and the turkey burger. All of the fried items were delicious.
Our server was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. She was great.
