Purchased the pulled pork sandwich, on one occasion. The pulled pork sandwich was good. The potato salad was to die for. Purchased the brisket sandwich, on another occasion. The brisket had more fat than meat. Total buzzkill. The mac N cheese was cold. This is why i'm giving four stars on the food. The service was awesome on both occasions. Everyone is super friendly and super nice.

The bbw here is not good at all it has absolutely no smoke flavor the brisket is tough the ribs are not good they taste boil I wouldn’t come back if they payed me to and they ran out of all the beer which is weird

If this is representative of NC BBQ I'll pass going forward. The sauce was good but pulled pork was full of vinegar. Both pulled pork and pulled chicken were served lukewarm. Corn was terrible, but greens, fried okra and mac n cheese were ok. Cashiers need training on customer service. She was standing there on her phone looking uninterested and barely spoke. She just waited silently until we asked her a question about the menu. I was told to go to Nana's and I should have listened.

The food was absolutely amazing. Everything came out fresh to order. I had fried chicken, macaroni and cheese, collard greens and yams with cornbread roll. The food was like eating grandma’s Sunday dinner. The staff was very friendly.
