Great overall experience! I got the classic burger and it tasted nice. The fries and milkshakes are also pretty good! Bobby’s sauce was probably my favorite.

Last minute stop that friends wanted before heading to a concert. Was disappointed in having zero lower calorie options on the menu (reason for 4), but went with the Palace Classic. Overall was good burger. Price was reasonable for size, quality and location. Burgers aren’t in my regular diet, but will be back again when the occasion arises.

It’s a new location with great service. You can order from the kiosk or counter. Wait times are not bad. Sauces and burgers are great. I think it’s worth the price point. And the milkshakes are dreamy.

The food was really good. I know it’s Bobby Flay however the prices were definitely higher than expected. Not looking for Burger King prices but dang 50 bucks for lunch. It’s was really clean and really nice location. We will go again however not often

Customer service was great! However, just a bland burger spot that lacks personality.

Over priced, veggie burger was fried extra hard, bun lacked sauce, no flavor profile at all. A restaurant cannot be carried on name alone. There are burger places in Charlotte far better, and with competitive pricing.

My friend ordered the regular burger and hers was just as dry and lacked flavor as well. She states the burger itself didn't have any special flavor that would set it apart from anywhere else. My daughter ordered the chip burger and stated the chips didn't enhance the flavor of the burger, there was no salty crunch, and again lacked flavor.

Bobby is known for his burgers and this burger lived up to his reputation. The burger was flavorful. The condiments were fresh and crisp. The fries were fresh….crisp and delicious! Fun place to enjoy a meal and the hospitality is welcoming!

Place is stark and not conducive to meeting someone and visiting. Food mediocre at best and over priced

I ordered the regular fries with the classic cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato. I added ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise with a dash of salt and pepper. The burger was good but not exactly what I was expecting. I was expecting a gourmet cheeseburger because it's associated with a famous chef's name (Bobby Flay). I thought it was going to stand out from any other burger I've had but it didn't. It was still a good burger. The fries were good. The ranch and the burger sauces had a unique taste but were good. The staff and management were friendly and professional. The restaurant was clean, no odor, well lit and organized. I enjoyed my experience.

Stopped by the other day! Good burgers with a twist of potato chips which was pretty neat! The milkshakes were good as well. Clean spot and nice staff. Garage parking next door!
