We had Tannia as our server and she was phenomenal. She had lots of energy. She knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations. Our food came out in a timely manner, and it was exquisite. The ambience was great. Loved the music. We will certainly be back.

Tannia was awesome very welcoming and attentive

I used to highly recommend this place to my friends, so we decided to go out tonight. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing due to one of the waitresses.

We told her we were waiting on one more person, yet she kept trying to take our order without him. When he finally arrived and she came back, we told her we weren’t ready since he had just sat down. After that, she completely disappeared. For 35 minutes, she never returned to check on us.

I finally told her we were ready, and she said “one minute” and walked away. We waited another 2–3 minutes while watching her inside walking back and forth, not actually doing anything. The place was slow, she only had one other table besides us, and yet she was purposely ignoring us.

We ultimately decided to leave. As we were walking out, we saw her cleaning a table instead of acknowledging us or taking our order.

This was not the type of service or experience I expected, especially after recommending this place to others. Very disappointed, and I will no longer be recommending it. Or coming back

For Dominican sushi restaurant this was the worst experience I have ever had to deal with in Charlotte. I am ashamed to say so. I will not be stepping foot in this restaurant ever again. Get rid of your bad attitude hostess, and uneducated servers. Teach your servers adequacy. Mediocre sushi with mediocre staff . My wife couldn’t even get a takeout order without having to sit down and then be called out by an irresponsible server on the way out asking if she was leaving without paying after like as if she didn’t have us waiting for 20+ minutes at the table for her to come back. So we did what any Good Samaritan would do and leave the cash for the bill & tip for the server on the table and walk out since no one came back to tend to us. We also have things to do and our time matters. No one has time to wait on irresponsible servers who would rather be outside talking it up with coworkers and managers instead of tending to their customers. The audacity. This is exactly why I don’t go to Latin restaurants. They always fail to have good genuine service.Do better.
