The cheesecake was so good, the drinks were perfect, the customer service was so nice, attentive and very helpful. I really enjoyed the experience I had at this restaurant and I WILL be coming back again. Side note, if you’re gonna order a lot, order one less than you actually want, we made the mistake of over ordering!

The food really is delicious 😋It's definitely a group atmosphere. There are fries and chicken wings (on the bone) for children. There is also a base menu for those who may not want to cook their food at tgeir table. However, Boiling Pot is just that...Boiling Pot. Go. Enjoy something new. The food is fresh and everything comes to you washed and ready to be cooked and seasoned by you. Happy eating!!

So me and my friends went there, we were actually seated right away which is great service was quick but this is where things took a turn… the atmosphere of this place is DISGUSTING and there was a hair dryer on the window!!! (Super unprofessional.) the place also has the smell of metal and trash. After being uncomfortable by the setting of this place I hoped the food would make up for it..: NOPE!! The food is not fresh, broth is watered down, and the imitation crab tastes disgusting so did the crab legs. The crab legs tasted like soap. I don’t recommend going here!! STEER CLEAR!!!

Well, I have to admit, I had to call them up to get servers at the bar, seriously, literally called them up. I wanted to eat at the place, but they assumed that I wanted to take out.
I think if you're a regular they remember you but I wasn't a regular here. Regulars get better and repeated service. I literally had to wait 10 minutes before I made that phone call to get the waitress over to me.
She thought I was with another woman that was sitting there before I got in the place. I find it odd that she believes that people don't want to sit in the restaurant and eat because I saw two people sitting down and eating. Maybe they don't serve food at the bar? So I'm giving it an average rating since I wasn't able to have the full experience like I do before I do a review. Oh, the place has some kind of garbage smell, but it dissipates as long as you sit there and have a shot of something. 😅
The lady that was the host/ server/bartender/ everything was alone so I'm not discounting that

Was very disappointed with the hotpot. Soup bases very light and not flavorful. The meat cuts were not tender or fatty, seafood was completely frozen, appetizers were fast food style but vegetables were fresh thankfully. Dipping sauce wasn’t good. Dessert was also frozen and old. Never left a hot pot place with such disappointment before. Doesn’t seem busy. Server was nice.

I went here with a friend for my birthday. The hotpot was so good and our server was amazing, she was so sweet and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. I recommend the house broth, beef tongue, brisket, and the mango nigori. 😻 Made my night, I want to come back here tomorrow!
