Well, I have to admit, I had to call them up to get servers at the bar, seriously, literally called them up. I wanted to eat at the place, but they assumed that I wanted to take out.
I think if you're a regular they remember you but I wasn't a regular here. Regulars get better and repeated service. I literally had to wait 10 minutes before I made that phone call to get the waitress over to me.
She thought I was with another woman that was sitting there before I got in the place. I find it odd that she believes that people don't want to sit in the restaurant and eat because I saw two people sitting down and eating. Maybe they don't serve food at the bar? So I'm giving it an average rating since I wasn't able to have the full experience like I do before I do a review. Oh, the place has some kind of garbage smell, but it dissipates as long as you sit there and have a shot of something. 😅
The lady that was the host/ server/bartender/ everything was alone so I'm not discounting that

The food here was delicious and came right away really fast we ordered hot pot and it all came in less than 10 mins I would highly recommend the only reason in rated this 4 star is the atmosphere looked a bit sketchy but the food is awesome

Was very disappointed with the hotpot. Soup bases very light and not flavorful. The meat cuts were not tender or fatty, seafood was completely frozen, appetizers were fast food style but vegetables were fresh thankfully. Dipping sauce wasn’t good. Dessert was also frozen and old. Never left a hot pot place with such disappointment before. Doesn’t seem busy. Server was nice.

I went here with a friend for my birthday. The hotpot was so good and our server was amazing, she was so sweet and attentive making sure we had everything we needed. I recommend the house broth, beef tongue, brisket, and the mango nigori. 😻 Made my night, I want to come back here tomorrow!

It’s the BEST CHINESE/ASIAN food in Charlotte! The service is always impeccable. The food is piping hot every time I get it. And it’s ALWAYS DELICIOUS. Always flavorful and with large portions. The staff is excellent. It’s One of my favorite places to go when I want to eat good Asian Cuisine. My go-to’s are the Beef and Broccoli or the Sesame Chicken. But everything on the menu that I’ve had is A1.
-The first time I go they charge 95$ x 2 Means they charge twice the bill - the second time my husband finish in the hospital hour later … How? some kind of food poisoning from the seafood ( and he eat sea food all his life with no problem ) I don’t touch the crab/ octopus maybe that’s why I don’t get sick.
Go somewhere else.

This is our go to Hot Pot spot! The food always comes fast, the soup bases are good and the staff is friendly. Our favorite bases are Kimchi and Szechuan. All menu items that we have tried, we have enjoyed. My favorite side/app to get is the voodoo shrimp.
