This is the second time I’ve gone to a Bojangles’ drive-thru where a machine took my order and got it wrong. I’m not impressed.
I got a 12-piece bone-in family meal, and it comes with a half-gallon of iced tea. I asked for unsweetened, and the machine said “Got it.” Then when I arrived to share my meal with my diabetic friend, it was full-sweet.
The machine had also asked which sauce I wanted, so I asked for honey mustard, and was disappointed when it was not included.
Bojangles, your AI sucks, and it removes the human element. Hire human staff and trash the computer please.

I got 2 large fries and I got 2 large drinks , the two drinks were a starry and a Pepsi the drinks were absolutely terrible both flat to the point where it is unbearable to drink which were served by the workers.and the fries just make no sense at all why get a large if you’re going to under fill it. Doesn’t make any sense at all why pay for a large to get the amount of a medium.waste of money !!!

This specific location is SUPER weird about their bathroom. They'll let you use it. But you better be quick about it. Also, the staff at this location are pretty awful. The food at ANY Bojangles makes horrible staff worth dealing with, though. Love me some Bojangles.

Tuesday night 10 -14 at 9 put in an online order. When I arribed the door was locked and two young females who should not be on anyones time clock sittin inside talkong bout we are not making anymore chicken amd I should cancel my order online. When i go to cancel ot says order has been filled. What a joke for service. Cmon C Chavonne Falls were are you door says you are the general manager. Were is your number based on these complaints it should be posted by now.

Lazy people that consistently take 15-20 minutes to make a cajun filet biscuit. Nobody wants to wait, especially in a parking lot full of undesirables.
Placed an order for 5 sandwich meals. Pulled up to the window to a rude female who then took my payment and told me to pull into a spot. I'm sorry, it's lunch time and you have nothing made? Then she comes out and shoves the bags at me. No sorry for your wait! I get that it's fast food but common courtesy should still be expected. Oh and no straws for the 5 drinks either! Take your money to a different location!

At 8:30 and there was no one in the entire building. A woman with a very long red braids watch me sit at the counter for about seven minutes. She was told by multiple people that there was someone waiting, but she literally just ignored me If she looked like she’s dirty as hell
