The manager Santario was amazing. His customer service is top tier. I’m coming back to this location just for this amazing service . It truly means a lot!

Was going to get some food, but needed to use the restroom. It wasn't really clean as it should be, but the fact that the Lavatory, faucet, keep running. It could not be turned off, and when I looked around for a way to dry my hands. There was no hand dryer or paper towel dispenser. I wondered how the employees wash their hands. They kept them clean as required by state law. If the bathrooms go unrepaired. Would they keep the kitchen equipment clean and keeped? So there'll be no problem.I decided not to eat there.

The cashier was fine but the lady serving the food was unbelievably rude yelling at customers and trowing food. Honestly this was the worst experience ive had in nc. The amount of zero customers service skills and lack of leadership is insane. They didn't even order ketchup. How does a fast food chain run out of ketchup. The attitude the service and atmosphere was horrendously bad. Who ever runs this resturant should really look at another occupation if they hate it that much.

Asked for a chicken sandwich combo. Sweet tea and bo rounds. They asked me to pull forward to the door. I get to work and realize the boroughs aren't in the bag. So chicken sandwich and tea cost me $7.57 I'm already at work and can't leave. But for the love of God can you please just get the simplest order right.

When going to this location, just have EXTREMELY LOW expectations in terms of customer service.
I arrived at this spot about 8:30 in the morning, attempting to pick up breakfast items. Was greeted with a locked door to the lobby. The store was not busy at all, no one in drive-through. When I circled around to drive-through, I asked the question of when the lobby would open, only to be greeted with a response of “when somebody gets here”. Restaurant management definitely could work with all employees and personnel re: customer service training. Ridiculous that this is how customers have to be greeted first thing in the morning to start their day.

I really like this Bojangles. I typically order their biscuit sandwiches, and they are hard to beat! Their Bo rounds are really well seasoned and have an onion-y taste that I really love. Their coffee is not bad. This is fast food, and there is butter and flour and probably lard involved, but it’s my favorite drive thru breakfast. We’ll get lunch or dinner here occasionally (we used to A LOT) and my kids love their tenders and fries! I like their Mac and cheese and coleslaw.
Vegetarian options: They do have a great egg & cheese biscuit, Bo rounds, Mac & cheese, coleslaw, and I think a couple other veggie sides.
Kid-friendliness: My kids LOVE the kids meal with chicken fries and a biscuit with lemonade.
