No ready food at Drive-thru window. Was told to pull to the front door and was forgotten. Will NEVER go here again.

I actually drove to this location specifically to get food for a family member that was in the hospital. I requested fresh food at the drive thru via AI, however, I wasn’t sure if it picked up the request so when I arrived at the window I just wanted to confirm that they received my request, that’s all. The lady at the window (Lakeeta) was extremely rude and dismissive as if she had a problem with my request or maybe she’s just nasty like that. Either way, it was unnecessary. Somehow I knew she was the Manager so I asked and she proudly confirmed and spelled her name. I’m sure she knows Bojangles won’t hold her accountable and that’s fine. I just wanted to come here to share my experience and hope they do better! I don’t spend my money where I don’t receive good service so I won’t be back.

Just went through the line and have never been treated so rudely. They had ½ my order ready and when I'm telling them what's missing she's blaming me saying we didn't order somthing. I have the receipt in hand saying I did. Yet she's yelling that we're holding the line up? Then give us what we paid for and we'll be otw. Never again will I go to this location.

I have been here on at least 3 occasions. Each time, something has been wrong with my order. The first time, I received the incorrect order (biscuit specifically). The second time, I was given a small fry instead of medium and she corrected it at the window. Today I asked for a sweet tea with my breakfast, and received a unsweetened tea. The lady at the window already huffed bc I wanted to use Apple Pay. I come first thing in the morning, no line. How are you all not paying attention? And I’m paying extra to Bo-size my meal each time to keep running into issues. I’m so irritated.

I come here all the time for on my lunch. This will be the last time. Drive thru lady took my card and charged me for the wrong order. Slight inconvenience, no worries. Just a simple refund and charge the correct order. No, this lady had the worst attitude and blamed me for her mistake. “Didn’t you hear me say $28 dollars?!” her exact words to me. No person with this horrendous attitude should be in the customer service business. But I don’t expect much from a fast food worker such as herself. Such a shame to have someone who can’t do her job and blames others, in this case, a customer for her mistakes.

I have never in my life left a review, but this deserves one. I don’t know who was frying the chicken on November 8th at 12:20pm but man they did their thing. Best chicken I’ve ever had from Bojangles. It was tender and the fries were hot. In addition, the biscuit was bad either. Definitely the best Bojangles I’ve been to in the last 5 years!!

Stand Up For The People

Came to the drive thru of this location and place my order. When I got to the window, the employee stated he didn't get the order after being in a long line. He was advised that his manager stated I had to get back in line. Wow, bad customer service. Why would I be in a long line and not order?
