You never know what you'll get at this location. One day the order is perfect ..the next...not so much! My last visit wasn't the best experience...the woman at the pay windows was definitely not a morning person. When I opened the bag it wasn't what I ordered and paid for. I took one bite of something I wasn't sure of and threw it all away.

The bathroom was disgusting! Dingy sink, urinal divider probably hasn't been cleaned in months, sticky floor, slimy residue under door handle. Fortunately, I had not ordered yet. Told the crew there was no way I would eat there. They should be ashamed, but they're probably not.

I'll be honest. You might as well put the AI at the register too. Because I spoke more with it than the person at the drive thru window. I don't usually care about that type of stuff but what's the point. Food is always great everytime I come though so shoutout to whoever those people may be.
Service was quick but biscuits seemed a little off. The temperature was good but they did not seem to have risen like others I have gotten from Bojangles. Also they were a little dried out. Still good though l.

So far my best Bojangles experience in Charlotte! Very good service! My mashed potatoes tasted different than normal though. Also, the starry was straight up soda water and gross. Otherwise, highly recommend this Bojangles!

They didn’t have any of the BO stuff . The guy at the pickup counter asking what drinks we ordered and missed all the side orders He said they didn’t charge for those sides If you go inside it is so trashy and dirty you wouldn’t eat and would ever come back again

Have been to this location several times the dining room is always open and get in to order only to be turned away because apparently there’s only one person working. As I go to leave I can hear another person talking and I see someone else come around and put biscuits out. Something should definitely be done about this.
