Bojangles is ripping people off with their strawberry cobbler. There not giving u a whole biscuit as advertised. Their splitting the biscuit in half and then covering it with the strawberry cobbler.

This bojangles, while good, is never open on time. Ive gone there three times on my way to work, and each time, a female voice come over the speaker and tells me they wont be open till about 5:30. Seeing as I need to be at work by 5:45, I cant wait till then. I would honestly have better luck at getting some ice cream from mcdonalds then this place being open within 15 minutes of it set opening time.

I asked for fries with my biscuit and they gave me bo rounds after I told the lady at the window I wanted fries and then when I called up there nobody would answer the phone.

Help me understand why today is Saturday January 24, 2025 and I've been here twice? Once at 5:40 a.m and again at 7:00a.m., at 5:40 a.m. cars were lined up at the drive through and the restaurant appeared to be closed. However, when I came back at 7:00a.m. the restaurant still appeared to be closed with an employee standing there feeding her face. If your hours differ on the weekends lets try updating Google because it's clearing showing up as OPEN this morning! Meanwhile your employees still have all the lights off feeding their face while customers are sitting here confused about what's going on, this is bad business!
Update: Today (2/20/2026) I stopped by at 6:17 a.m. and unfortunately I was hit with a rude message that this location won't open until 6:30a.m.! Cars are sitting everywhere waiting to place an order. I don't know who is managing this location but you're doing a terrible job! If the business hours change frequently UPDATE GOOGLE!!

Walked in at 6:15am. No one acknowledged me being there. At least 3 employees saw me. One female walked up and got a pie from the case right in front of me. Didn't say a word. I had been in there long enough to know they suck at their job.

Usually stop by before work and no matter the time it's always a wait for something.. one time biscuits.. next time tenders... Says 5 mins.. next thing it's 20 mins waiting... Why does biscuits or tenders take 20 mins to make??? Didn't offer anything for the inconvenience... An extra tender something..

This is probably the best bojangles in the city. I never write reviews for fast food but I've been to this location multiple times and my food is always hot and fresh. And the ppl working have always been nice. Most bojangles are hit and miss but this one has been good.
It's hit or miss. They barely have wings when I go no matter the time of day. Maybe about 35 to 40 percent of the time. Sometimes the biscuits are soft and sometimes they are over cooked. I'm usually in line more than 15min. Slow!

The new Carolina crunch was very very salty.Told them to replace or swap out for something else but the declined.Staff is rude food is salty.
