Very slow service.

One of the better Bojangles in Charlotte but still isn't customer or delivery driver friendly. Unless you're from the neighborhood and/or black. Other races at this and all other Charlotte Bojangles get the low grade service no matter how sweet, nice , and patient you are. I only wish I was making this up. Sadly very very true.

All I’m gone say is WEST TRADE BO’JANGLES IS THE BEST. Sunset gives out old fries the tea is not good at all. Very disappointed. They give you everything but a NAPKIN.

I’ve been to this location 3 times since moving on this side of town thinking that the time made a difference when I went and nope. I’ll never go back. Every time the food is trash and is never made fresh. I asked if they could make it fresh this time and it was still trash. Soggy tenders are the worst. The location on Sardis Rd puts this one to shame easy! Terrible customer service what a waste of space.

I typically come here from time to time, as Bojangles is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. But they’re not the friendliest. One time they were arguing while I was at the windows waiting on my meal, they fast talk you, and this morning the Caucasian woman - maybe Hispanic - got an attitude because I used tap pay. She said “I don’t know why people chooses to use their phone” and I said, because it makes its easier/ safer for us. And she goes “well not on us”. Ma’am, your opinion doesn’t matter. Do your job and keep your remarks to yourself. You’re the only one whining about it. You work here, not me. Therefore, take it up with the management team. Sick of their distastefulness.

I rarely do reviews on certain restaurants because of their history but this location has been bad the last three times I’ve gone there but I went back during the day because I thought the food would be better. Well it was worse this time. I asked for fries with no seasoning and I did that on purpose so the fries would be fresh and because they put absolutely too much salt on the fries. Well what do you know, the fries were full of seasoning so I had to send them back. I ordered dirty rice too and the person gave me back the bag without the rice. I let him know that I didn’t have the rice and he handed me a half cup of rice that looked like it had been eaten out of so I had to ask for a full cup. I got a full cup and it was red on top which suggested that the same utensil used to dip the beans was used to dip the rice. That was irritating but I scraped the red part off and as I was eating it, I found a French fry in the rice and then found beans in the bottom of the cup. Now I know this restaurant is in one of the less desirable neighborhoods but that doesn’t mean the food should be bad. Additionally, as I was waiting for the right order, the staff was sliding around like the floor was greasy. SMH!

Tasty food, poor service. I went last Friday night and got a Supremes combo but I was not provided with the biscuit. I went back a couple days later to get my biscuit and order more food, and I did get the biscuit but the black female employee at the register just stood there and looked at me without saying anything. I had to ask her if she was ready to take my order. Pathetic.

I started to order my food at the drive thru which I was the only car in line and as soon as I said family meal a rep cut me off and said "come in side thank you" I asked "why if I'm trying to order in drive thru" her response was "because we have alot of orders" i pulled up and asked "if I come inside will my full order be made fresh and was told "yes thats why we wanted you to come inside so you can see that the order is being made fresh " I walked inside and again there was no one inside so there was no way there was alot of orders I already feel lied to so I asked cashier if they were busy she said "no" then she asked "are you the guy from drive thru" I said yes she said oh yeah the drive thru is very busy" I told her I was the only one in line" she responded "well they are still busy" so after ordering i moved down to wait for my food and watched the cashier box up old chicken that has been sitting when she attempted to put it in the box I asked if that was for me she said "yes" I said " I'm sorry but they told me my order would be made fresh" she argued that the chicken was fresh another rep said "this chicken here is fresh" as they pointed behind them i said "well she got my chicken from the drive thru side and not from there and no one has walked over fresh chicken since I've been in here" once they changed out the chicken and gave me the "fresh" chicken i get home and I'm missing 4 tenders i called the store to explain that there is always an issue at this location which is why I wanted my order fresh so this wouldn't happen and heard the manager latasha in the background saying there is no way I was missing food and she asked me to come back with my receipt I walked in and she made sure to have it remade without hesitation but for me to get this order get all the way home a second time and there to be hair in my biscuit I just want a refund at this point it's that disappointing

This location is always out of something, regardless of the time. There is no attempt at communicating the situation to the customer or even canceling the order. You have to wait and drive all the way there to be told that they ran out of chicken.
