I hate coming to any bojangles because the customer service is always bad but the food is good. The lady taking our order was rude had an attitude for no reason , I’ve worked in fast food so I know how it is but it’s not right to be rude to customers that are being nice. No cars were behind us and I understand they are timed on how quickly cars get in and get out but she was rushing us , all we needed was 2 minutes. Then I asked for Dr Pepper she didn’t tell me they didn’t have the drink she just gave me another drink to get us out of drive thru. Just ghetto and rude I wish no jangles would attack customer service. It makes no sense that every single one I go to the employees are rude.

The young lady in the drive thru took my debit card and never gave it back and I literally didn’t notice until hours later , yeah kinda my fault but I did attempt to call the store and no one answered. However I did lock the card and ordered another one so I will be just waiting on that to come in a few days . I guess I need to be more aware now when going to a place like this

These people are SUPER RUDE. Its convenient for me to come here bc I drive by everyday but I will never come here to order again. I would rather drive out of the way to another Bojangles where the atmosphere and staff are friendly.

Went in very early in the morning.Staff was very sweet, service was great, food was fast n freshAwesome for being that early
The girl at the window was extremely loud and read back my order with an attitude. Once I pulled around she stood there talking with two other girls for two minutes before acknowledging me. Her and another girl got mad when I requested a receipt. My chicken supremes we're hard as a rock and dry. Very disappointing. I will never go back to that location

All the food was luke warm at best. 2 of the 4 piece chicken fingers was about 1" long. They did get me a whole box of them after i complained thou.

Whole order was wrong. Left fries out of all the boxes and put bbq sauce in its place. Tried to call them and tell them and was hung up on in the middle of talking. My kids are hungry and there closing soon so now no one will answer the phone again to correct this issue. Horrible service, and food that i did receive is not fresh. BEWARE OF ORDERING DELIVERY WITH THEM! Definitely will be telling others.

I don’t know how old the food was that they gave me but the chicken in my chicken sandwich was turning black, the bun was burnt, and the fries were stale. I also said no mayo and there was still mayo on the sandwich. I couldn’t even go back because I was already on the other side of town when I noticed. Never again.

The manager that was there this morning (12/18) was so damn rude. They don’t greet you, I told her I was picking up an order and she looked at me like I was stupid. Do better with your customer service Bojangles.

Ordered food in the app arrived to pick it up was advised they were out of chicken. Asked how long, advised a long time and as a matter of fact we're not taking any orders right now. Refund requested. Was told I would have to cancel in the app. Unable to cancel! Was charged even though I never received the food. I guess the competitor Popeye's pressure is real! Do better people!
