Bojangles

Service at the fast food locations at Charlotte airport are not the best but Bojangles is the absolute worst. Employees at the counter are beyond rude. Today I walk up to the counter and start to order and the girl turns and yells at another employee and walks away. This isn't the first time this has happened to me here so this time I just walked away. Last time I had to repeat my order four times due to getting interrupted in the same manner. Won't bother wasting my time at this location in the future but I'm sure they couldn't care less. Notice in the picture that there isnt a line during lunch time. Anyone familiar with this airport knows how busy it is so it looks like I'm not the only one avoiding the awful service.

5 dollars for medium a sweet tea. Ridiculous

Busy busy busy but the food was good and hot.
If you like Bojangles, you won't be disappointed.

My chicken was spicy, that's the way they make it. It's not too spicy.
But I also seem to forget it's spicy.

Staff was friendly and the biscuit sandwich slaps. Loved the hash browns and sweet tea. Best restaurant in the Charlotte airport.

You have a team member named Jay that I see working the line. He is FAST,EFFICIENT,EFFECTIVE,and has a GREAT ATTITUDE.
I work for American Airlines and see Jay at work quite often.

Family and I with a long layover, Fee took care of us with our large family order. Treated us with kindness and hospitality. Customer service was Number 1! Great Team working together as well!

When I told them I didn’t get the barbecue sauce I ordered they didn’t believe me and had to “check” for themselves. When an older gentleman called them out for this, they got an attitude and told him that they could do their job it was hilarious
