Flew into Charlotte from Seattle. I haven't seen a Bojangles in years. Their staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered a Biscuit meal with coffee. Cost was about 13.00. However, that's inexpensive for Airport meals
Chicken . It was okay but was a bit dry. Seasoning was great. Bun was very mediocre.. These are top tier fries.Sweet . Not too sweet, tasted fresh.

The bojangles at the CLT airport is the most unprofessional unreliable job I ever worked at!! Every coworker there is misrable and stressed out! Just be happy you got a job I hate working with LAZY UNHAPPY PPL.. Never again and ppl don’t even wash they hands ?? there to prep food or ware gloves ? And the manager Neal scratches his dirty dreads and still serve food to the customers! ? disgusting ? I got a stomach virus the first month working here!

Not only is this NOT safe, it’s always NOT sanitary and NOT proper business etiquette. The manager should be held responsible. There’s no reason why anybody should be coming to the BACK of the store receiving items and touching private parts. Please let’s addresss that. I do plan on escalating this even further. Customers health should not be put at risk for of someone else’s self enjoyment.

My first time eating at Bojangles and I was not disappointed. I had the Cajun chicken biscuit combo with the botatos. The biscuit was fresh. I did add honey to the biscuit. The potatoes were great as well. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the dining area, but it is a busy airport so I’m sure that’s just normal.

Worst Bojangles experience EVER. Wow! Lady didn't ask what I wanted so I started my order be clearly asking for "2 piece dinner WHITE MEAT Breast and WING" and "6 biscuits". She asked "what side do you want" I said "fries". I paid, waited, got food boxed and bagged quickly, walked away and on to plane. Opened up bag and boxes and noticed we received 2 x thigh pieces (NOT WHITE MEAT), and NO FRIES.
