If I could give a zero i would i litterly was crying when I looked at my food . I wan It'd over 10 min for one to be old and one to be fresh paid the extra for icing and was completely ignored bc of my color and they talked shit about me right in front of me I just cant im in tear writing this im mad

I WENT ONLY FOR BO BERYY BISCUITS , WAS ASKED BY TIFFANY THE MANAGER TO PULL FWD FOR 5 SECONDS AND THEN BACK UP TO THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW... TO STOP HER TIMER . AFTER 2 MINUTES SHE ASKED ME TO PULL UP TO THE SIDE DOOR AND MY ORDER WOULD BE BROUGHT OUT. I HAD PREVIOUSLY NOTICED THE CAR BEFORE ME DID THE SAME BACK UP ACTION ADVISED BY THE MANAGER AND ALMOST BACKED INTO MY CAR. AFTER I SAT AT THE DOOR AND WATCHED 3 CARS PULL IN AND OFF WITH ORDERS AND IM STILL WAITING ON BO BERRY , TRYING TO GET TO WORK , AFTER 11 MIN A WORKER CAME TO THE DOOR AS I WAS LEAVING MY CAR TO GO INSIDE FOR A REFUND . THE MANAGER TIFFANY REFUSED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR CORPORATE OR OFFER AND EMPATHY FOR THE DISSERVICE . THE MANAGER WAS CONCERED ABOUT THE WAITING TIMER GOING OFF FOR LONG WAITS SERVING THE CUSTOMERS . I hate to make a big deal about a fast-food restaurant taking my order and handing me my food successfully, but they did, and it exceeded my expectations. I probably haven't been to a Bo's in over a year but tonight it was just me for dinner so I stopped and picked up some chicken and it was fast, accurate, and the food was good. It was my first experience with the Bo-Linda AI order-taking bot in the drive-through, and every fast-food restaurant other than Chick-fil-A would greatly improve the customer experience by moving to these. Way to go Bo's, I will be back.

Very nasty rude customer service Ms Tiffany was very Not in a great mood today and the last time is was Mr Tim I think is a shame you can’t come in restaurants and communicate with the workers with a smile on your face so many people is so mad out here, but we all know business is business.
