Dry chicken Supremes and I ordered green beans but got fries instead. Also I didn't even get to talk to a human being when I was in line I had to talk to some AI robot to place my order. Sux!

Just a Sad location in My Opnion or at least the times I have gone. Customer Service is lacking in all areas. Sometimes the lobby is closed when it is supposed to be open causing you to have to go thru the drive thru. Also may have to pull up and wait close to the door to get food from drive thru due to food not being ready. Understandable if busy but otherwise not sure why that would be. All of the Bojangles have gone down hill and unfortunately looks like AI is going to take away from training younger people with communication and comprehension due to it taking the orders now.
This location needs help from good management because its in a great spot. The workers are rude, and they always get something wrong and get upset when they need to correct it. At least the foods semi hot

I went through the drive through and ordered a large coleslaw. I opened it at home and it was barely half full. I called twice because I really would rather handle this and give them an opportunity to make it right but they didn't answer either time and the message box was full. I took a picture of it unfortunately I don't think I can post here. Very disappointing since it was well over 5 bucks for this coleslaw.

Drive thru lady was obviously having a bad day, seem to be having an issue with the customer ahead of us which somehow led to her talking to us in a nasty attitude, don’t know why we needed to catch that stray.

The staff at this particular location is very rude at the drive thru and two of the female workers are responding to customers with nasty attitudes. One of the female team leads told me (with a negative attitude) to pull my car forward then she closed the glass window before I could say anything. I pulled forward like she told me to but I don’t understand why I had to pull forward just for a drink when the fountain is right there at the window. There wasn’t even a car behind me. No one ever brought my drink outside. After waiting 7 mins for my drink I reversed my car back to the window and asked for my drink a 3rd time. The staff here are treating this business like it’s a joke. This behavior is completely unnecessary and a waste of customer’s time. They should hire staff with better customer service; for atmosphere there is very negative. I will never go there again & I don’t recommend anyone else to.

Sunday 12/ 29-bo rounds over cooked and gummy on inside - steak biscuit overcooked / drive through window service not good . I ‘ve never seen a location become so unpleasant in such a short time . This location at one time was the best . I know I am wasting my time writing bthis !
