This used to be my go to Bojangles. The service had just gotten worse and worse. Walk in and get ignored. No one even want to acknowledge you're at the register. Once person looked at me, came up to be, and then just walked away. Once they do finally take your order, prepare for it to take 10 minutes to put some chicken in a box. The drive through appears to be ai now.

Do not order using UE or DD for this location. They constantly, consistently, continuously provide left over food, items not ordered, left overs, or don't send what you paid for! Today , my Autistic daughter requested Bojangles.i have an an eye condition, that prohibits me from driving at night Through UE we ordered,a digital special! The special came with chicken , 2 sides and a biscuit! I we both ordered the same thing, with DIFFERENT SIDES! The order was placed at 630p! They accept online delivery .orders until 830p. The UE driver text me the order was not ready, when she arrived! Fine, I figured it Tuesday night, they had to prepare it. Good it will be hot! The order arrives 30 mins later. They sent ONE ORDER of CHICKEN. with FOUR SIDES, AND NO BISCUITS! Yet, I was charged for two orders! Of course, I called the store and as usual IT JUST RINGS, NO VM, NO ONE PICKS UP! It wasn't even 8pm, so they were still open. Now, I've got to file a claim with UE,take pictures, etc to as proof , of their piss poor service! Then have to make sure UE cresues my account, for the complete cost of the meal, the missing biscuits ., and INCONVENIENCE! Now, this less than two weeks, when my child wanted Bojangles again, and they didn't include the pies! I don't understand what the problem is. We are new to the area! I have never physically visited this store! According to UE , it's the closest

Was 2nd in DT line and sat there about 8 minutes, finally car in front moved ahead and I placed my order immediately. Had me pull off to wait for food after I paid. Had to wait about another 8 minutes. Bright side, all the food was hot and good!

Went through drive-thru and order a three piece dark all chicken thighs and got to thighs and 1 chicken breast and no biscuits I called the store twice and no answer.

This nastiness was in my sweet tea! Do you know what this is? I don’t. I don’t really want to know. Mold or larva or something… just unacceptable. They did refund the cost of my drink. They should have refunded my whole meal.

I recently went to Bojangles and placed an order through the drive-thru. After paying, I was directed to wait in a designated parking spot, where someone was supposed to bring my food out to me. Thirty minutes went by, and no one came, so I finally went inside to check on my order. To my surprise, I found out that my food was never even made! The customer service was terrible—employees were just standing around, looking clueless, with no sense of urgency or responsibility. I ended up having to ask for a refund, leaving without my food and disappointed. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and efficiency.

Service has gotten so slow. Ordered our mobile order 50 mins ago and there is a line of people waiting for their food at the pick up area. Been inside for over 30 mins waiting on an order that should've been ready a while ago. I get it, people are ordering boxes of chicken, but be better prepared. Our food was sitting on the line for 20 mins and none of the employees are helpful. Very unfortunate fast food has become slow food these days. Could've been in and our if a restaurant in this amount of time. Do better Bo's. Manager is Gabrielle McKoy.

I had to wait for over 30 minutes to receive my food, and there was a lack of communication about the status of my order. Even though I was told to pull up to the door in the drive-through, my food wasn't brought out to me, so I ended up waiting unnecessarily. I had to leave my car and go into the restaurant to deal with the situation. The level of customer service was terrible!
