This was my first time at a Bojangles. The AI voice tried to take my order, but when I started talking to it, and employee on the other side cut me off and asked me to wait, and didn't come back to me for over 5 minutes. Service was quick after that, but an agonizing wait to even place the dang order. Food was really good. I might try the food again, though maybe at a different location or with a mobile order, if that's an option.

Food is most always good if it is fresh and hasn't been under a heat lamp for more than 20 minutes. The beverage center was absolutely disgusting. See the picture of the drain below the overflow strainer at the station. Nasty- should be CLEANED AND SANITIZED.
We placed an on line order foe a specific time to pick up. Definitely this location is newer, and nice and clean I side. We waited over 5 minutes before anyone approached us to find out what/why we were there. They were busy with a line for the drive thru area. All manpower appeared to he devoted to that. There was one customer that walked in before us, and only two men inside at a table eating. No one else came in until we left. The order of chicken strip combo with tea was mediocre at best. Small strips, and fries were a little scrappy. My hubby had ordered the bo rounds and instead of 4, there were only 3 in the box with my combo. The honey mustard sauce was not in the box but I went back in and got one. This was a pick and go order so we didn't bother to go back. 2 employees clocked in as we waited there. Maybe 10 to 12 minutes total time. The bill for this was about $16. Can't say that I would come here again, but give it a try if you wish.

Let's see if Management reads the reviews. Today is August 13th 2025. I went inside this location at 5:20 a.m. I ordered a number one combo with cheese (bo size) with a medium seasoned fry hot.I watched the girl make my sandwich and slide it into the tray. She then proceeded to help two people in the Drive-Thru, then the buzzer went off for the fries. I watched her removed two baskets of both rounds and one pan of seasoned fries. She took the pan over to the fry station and season them. I then watched her take care of five cars in the Drive-Thru my food was ready sandwich and fries she did not give me my food. I stood there an additional 7 Minutes watching her not once did she attempt to give me my food. So I decided to get a refund I paid cash when I gave her two $5 bills. She gave me two fives back I guarantee you right now her drawer is short. She never apologized, she never even attempt to give me my food she never did anything to try to correct the situation I will be sending a message to corporate as well. Worst service I have ever received at this location.

This Bojangles trip was extremely quick and our food was extremely tasty. The drive-thru staff was clearly very attentive to our order and greeted us with a smile. I will come back to this location again for sure.

They messed up my order twice ...I had to zig zag through traffic to make them fix it. As I try to keep my composure ..all I see is a bunch of workers standing around and laughing....I order steak egg and cheese biscuits and they made regular steak biscuits twice. ( 1st and 2nd visit)Sometimes people hear exactly what you want and it matches your receipts..but give you something different. For someone who needs a job or entry level or just graduated school I don't recommend anyone to work there. Too many unprofessional distractions and I don't do strike 3.
