I only ordered that 5 after 5pm meal at about 7pm before driving 2hrs to work and it was the worse ever. Let me just say, if you are a cooker, you know when Cooked food is placed back into the grease. And that is exactly what they did. It was horrible! Even after I told them I would wait on fresh hot and ready chicken, they still sold me a box of GREASE. I do not recommend because that is not fair to my pockets, just wasting money, I still want a refund.

Came to pick up an Uber eats order the Staff here was very friendly the order wasn’t quit ready but they offered me a drink while I wait on the order Zariah has Excellent Customer Service They all worked together as a Team Great Job guys

this happened at the Bojangles on Rocky River Road near Brookdale. Ordered two orders. they put all the bacon in one container and the eggs in another. was dropping this off to another person, all they got was bacon. I bought gift cards from Bojangles for Christmas.. I'll never do it again.Not sure they even listen when you're giving your order. the store on Albemarle road did a very similar thing. not very efficient employees....

Live close by and every single time they have you pull around instead of getting your food at the window. There are no cars in line and it is a small order for 2. The second time they didn’t even bring the food out. I had to go in.

We went through the drive through and was told to pull up because Bo rounds will not be ready for 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I went in and asked about my order. The worker said I wasn’t outside and they gave my order to another customer. So they remade my order which took another 10 minutes and the workers did not apologize or seemed to care. When my order was ready, the worker put my food on the counter and walked away without saying anything to me and forgetting to put the sauces in the bag. Overall, this location is extremely slow, has no sense of urgency, mistake prone, and genuinely have an attitude that they do not care. I would avoid this location.

What has happened to Bojangles? Miost of their locations have gone to hell! This one included. I would avoid this place if possible. Terrible management on my visit. I had to come inside to get my drive through order after waiting nearly 10 minutes. Then waited another 5 minutes once I went inside to the counter. I noticed other customers waiting on line that were never greeted at all. They walked out.
