So burnt out on old food thats been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Totally inedible meal. Essentially payed for a $3 small lemonade. Would love for food to be served the way was intended. Sadly, will not eat Bojangles again. 😢

Good breakfast biscuits as always. Unfortunately they got the order wrong and I was on I-485 heading out of town by the time I realized it. Fortunately it was a biscuit I liked and was still tasty, so I only knocked them 1 point.

The last couple times that I’ve visited, the customer service was outstanding! I hate that I didn’t get the young man’s name that runs the drive through, but he treats every customer as if it’s his first one of the day/night. His name may have been Delathian, the night manager. The food was fresh, and hot. He takes pride in his work and it shows through his customer service! I just wanted to take a minute to commend his service.

Went into Rocky River Bo’s @9 pm on Oct 15 to no one in front area. I was rudley greeted by ‘Do you want something?’ How many walk into a Bo’s that doesn’t want to order something. Ordered 8 piece bucket w/mashed potatoes and gravy and dirty rice. Payed with card. After I asked if Bo’s gave a military discount. She said yes but couldn’t some the payment was completed. I suggested maybe giving 1 extra leg. She said she couldn’t. I asked for a manager. She went into the back area and said this guy wants to speak to a manager. I’m a customer not a guy. I believe a cook came to talk and I explained the same scenario to him and I thought he said he would. When I got home 8 pieces of chicken was in the box. I had to make this review to inform managers of the need for better customer training.

Incomplete order missing 2 combos
No one was in line and they still made me go around wait at front door for order and still had my order wrong. I didn’t check it right away cause I was driving to work but literllly only got 2 fries and one sandwich when it was supposed to be 3 combos ! Unacceptable management here has gone to shit an a bunch of unorganized teenagers and old folks working here I need a refund for my missing food I was given no receipt either ! Bo sandwich was dry no seasons on fry

Drive through order not ready, asked to pull around front someone will bring it out. 15 minutes later, I go inside, they forgot about me. Then still handed me the wrong food after I've been waiting.
This same thing happened to me last week at this location.
A previous time I ordered here, the bisquits were still dough, my children had to go to school without breakfast.

Also, the worker was cursing the driver in front of me as I pulled up to the windrow, for forgetting his wallet.

Piss poor service and food. Don't waste your time nor money.
