Order a Supreme combo with fries and Pepsi. When I got to the window after getting my food I was told there was no Pepsi and was asked would I like something else, I said no (Because I don't drink the other drinks that was available) so the lady looking at me I'm looking at her to the point I asked what are you going to do? She shut the window, was gone for a couple minutes returns and said pull up to the curb someone will be out with. I watched the drive through clear out with 3 or 4 cars 5 minutes later by this time I reverse back as another employee is walking to my car emptied hand she walks back inside and asked what do you want a bottled water?? (So you mean to tell me after paying 10 I want water with my meal? ) I said no she said orange juice? Really? That's all you have to offer? So another employee came to the window and said something was wrong with the machine I clearly hear him say check the lobby after I had said I will call corporate he said hold by this time I was done waiting so yes I pulled off! No I'm not looking for nothing in return just please correct the customer service and the way staff handles situations like this. I'm a professional job coach to teach things like this to have better customer service and interactions with the public

Literally the worst drive thru location I’ve ever been to. No one in the drive thru, we pull up and order a chicken sandwich combo, and three piece supremes combo. We get to the window and ask if we had the 3 piece chicken? No one else in the drive the so idk who else it could be. They hand us the one meal and didn’t add the chicken sandwich combo. I said we also had the number 10 combo. They said we don’t have any chicken sandwiches… I’m like ok then just do another three piece. They said can you pull back around through again we have a timer. Excuse me? You screw up my simple order and tell me to your out of something so decide to just not give it to me or tell me till the end? And then have the nerve to tell me to come back through and just shut the window? At this point there’s 4 cars in the drive thru so we just left and I decided I’d rather just not eat then deal with this location again. Unfortunately it’s Sunday and the Chick-Fil-A across the street is closed. We’ve been here countless times as we live 3min down the road and it’s always been bad but this was the worst. Avoid!
