Bojangles should not sell breakfast all day biscuits aren't freshly made very disappointing I am positive those biscuits been sitting out for a while food was disgusting & the chicken bites taste like old burnt grease

Been coming here for years and its only gotten worse. Today was the last time for us.
No boxes for the family meal. No bottles for the lemonade. No gravy for the mashed potatoes. No egg or cheese on the biscuit (was paid for). And the chicken was burnt, all of it tasted like chared smoke. Either that or the fryer grease is so old that everything is picking up that flavor.
Also don't bother ordering ahead. They never make it till you come to pick it up. So you have to wait anyways.
No one insides takes charge. Have written to Bojangles many times with no response on previous issues.
Do yourself a favor and forget this location exists.

This is probably The Best Bojangles I’ve been to in years so if you want good chicken please come to this particular location. I came at 10am so I had to wait until 10:30am but it was ok because I had to take care of some things on my phone but the food was great and the service was even greater!

We were stuck in drive thru for a very long time to find out they didn't have food didn't tell until after taking money, could see food all over floor and on shelves where it didn't belong, they were just stepping on it ,alot of people on clock but no one cleaning up or cooking, asked for refund other than wait, didn't want anything out of there anyway seeing the condition!

Just got out with my first experience eating Bojangles chicken. Got the 8 piece family meal. Someone told me it is on special at $19.99. When I ordered the meal, I asked if this is the meal on special at 19.99 and was told Yes by the young lady. After paying, I realize I was charged at full price, not at the 19.99 price. I then asked and was told the special is from 5PM. It was 4:50PM... I was not happy. I asked for a refund and would wait 10 minutes to get the special... Young lady seemed almost scared and asked me to wait a minute. The manager came to see me and explained it was basically not possible to refund because of some inside calculations which I did not understood. He finally made me an offer that I accepted. All that to say that they at least did what they could to make it right. Good learning for the young lady at the register. Concerning the meal, well... mac&chesse was well too cooked. Chicken was not frech out of the frier but still juicy. Fries allright. Will I return to Bojangles: probably never.

No money back since it was an online order. Gave me 3 chicken sandwiches instead. You’re better off. Just pretending this Bojangles doesn’t exist. I know I’m never coming back.

Only way to get human service is to go inside and then the drive up ai is even worse inside. Louder than in side than outside. Ordered a ham biscuit and the ham was deli thin.

The chicken was old. They just dipped it back in old grease. They sold me a sausage Egg and cheese biscuit that was stinky a and literally inedible. Its cool I got people in health inspection that have been notified count your days.
