Made the mistake of walking in.. 20 minutes later I still hadn’t been helped..Can’t tell you about the food because I didn’t stay..If you don’t use the app or want sacrifice a half hour in the drive thru don’t come here…

Riverbend02/27/2024 UPDATE:No lettuce. No bowl lids. Quantity of Chicken Rice bowl is totally different from advertised on commercial. Come on, man....get it together.....04/2023Ummmmm.......first visit. Was not impressed AT all. Drive-thru. The woman sounded like she was lying on the couch with the phone embedded in her neck pissed off she has to work. Not helpful whatsoever. Short with her questions and order placement. Had to repeat the order 3 times as it was repeated back wrong. Got to the window. No 'hello'. Nothing. Just a hand out for payment. Paid and was given our food with no bag. Just boxes stacked on each other. What Customers are they used to that this is ok???? Got home found breading on chicken, a soggy mess and fries with so much salt that you almost had instant bloating and blood pressure at stroke level. This will be our one and only visit. Good Luck with all the renovation coming.....P.S. Should have read the posted reviews before going.....

Biscuit disintegrated when I took a bite... Didn't receive a drink either. Very disappointing!
We asked for unsweetened teas, wife and daughter got some food they was messed up (no bun on a sandwich, easy fix). There wasn't any unsweetened in the dining area and then we were ignored until we got back in the queue again. Stuff happens, that's why 3/5 just average.

I think this is the best Bojangles location in CLT. The food is consistently perfect and the tea never tastes old (iykyk and you won't forget). They're also super nice at this location. I think they have good management and a good team working there. I've been going to this location for maybe 20 years and I've never had an issue. Love them!
