The chicken sandwich and cajun fries are to die for! Had it both times I stopped at this airport on the same trip. The service was alright but they were fast and the food was fresh.

Not only is this NOT safe, it’s always NOT sanitary and NOT proper business etiquette. The manager should be held responsible. There’s no reason why anybody should be coming to the BACK of the store receiving items and touching private parts. Please let’s addresss that. I do plan on escalating this even further. Customers health should not be put at risk for of someone else’s self enjoyment.

Terrible service never have supplies. Always run out of chicken. The staff doesn’t care and refuses to get prefers correct after properly place your order. The vibe there is terrible none of the employees want to be there and they take that out on the customers.

Why does this location open at 7 am? Airport is full of passengers by 6 am. Shake Shack next to this location is open, Starbucks is open with lines half way down the D concourse. Employees are behind the counter yelling obscenities at each other.

Worst Mac and cheese. $16 for 3 pieces of chicken, youd think they could pay for faster help. Definitely won't be going to another Bogangles in the future.

Overpriced. No sauce. Gave me the wrong drink. AND it’s so salty that I can’t even finish.

This girl gave me the wrong drink then when I goto ask for correct drink she tells me I have to pay $1 for a refill mind you I wasn’t asking for a refill I wanted the correct drink. I was ignored and told because I took a sip of drink I need to pay for new one.

Staff was friendly and quickly rectified issues with the order. The biscuits were super salty and the coffee was abysmal. In general it was quite overpriced and lower quality than McDonald's or BK. Would not return.

Bojangles located in D Concourse of Charlotte Intl Airport is a very busy location, yet they give quality service and food. It’s high rent so obviously their prices won’t be low, but the food is prepared well, and is fresh. I really wanted a bone in piece of chicken but those aren’t available until after 9AM so I got their chicken biscuit which was good! Cashier Efren was awesome.

The menu says breakfast all day, so I ordered a breakfast item. They then give me something completely different abs said they only have that in the moorings mornings, maybe change the menu from saying breakfast all

3 pc combo is listed as 15 bucks (already crazy), but on my receipt they added an extra 4 dollars so it was 19 bucks NOT even including a drink. 25 bucks for a simple bojangles meal is ridiculous, especially when the food takes forever to come out after standing in line for way too long. Skip this place and save yourself the trouble.
