This is the worst Bojangles ever. The AI ordering system is terrible and then when that doesn't work there's an ignorant and rude employee who's too dumb to answer basic questions. If they can't even respond like a normal human then I can't imagine what the food would have been like. This location pretty much sums up what's wrong with the world these days.

I'm surprised this place is open. Went here on night after Bible study class. The cashier who I be was the manager was very rude and nasty. Grumpy ? and grunting while taking my order. If he didn't want to work they should have shut the place down. Fries were old and stale. The chicken Supremes were crumbs and the biscuit so hard my dog wouldn't even eat it. Its ashame you can't get good customer service or good food. I won't be coming back here. This place I believe is new but the manager who reminded me of Carl Winslow was just down right nasty and unfriendly. The whole staff was just rude. I wish I could reach corporate. This is given Bojangles a bad rep. I wouldn't go here!!! So sad!

Went last night and purchased chicken supremes combo with a sweet tea and I was given chicken tenders nuggets and fries both which were old and cold.NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ORDER! The manager or "Carl Winslow" at the window had a very nasty attitude and didn't want to be there. Never had an issue at this location but after getting sick from the food last night, I will not be back! Do not support this location unless it during the day time!

Ordered 2 orders of Bo berry biscuits with sausage. I was told to pull up it will be right out and patiently waited 10 minutes. I got out of the car after that and walked to the window. They responded I would have to pull up and wait which the girl at the window said he's been waiting. Then they were instantly ready.

The wing had definitely been sitting in the heated area. For longer than an hour. This is my second time coming here n felt like I wasted my money. Definitely not coming back to this location. Very disappointed in the quality of food.
