I placed an online order for pickup, and the app said to come in the store and get it. When I got to the location and tried to open the door and some guy on the inside pulled the door back closed from my hands and made a driving gesture as if he was telling me to go through the drive through. One of the most rude customer experiences I've had. If the restaurant is drive through only it should be noted somewhere. Biscuit and fries were good, chicken was burnt.

All good , big Bo Fan Don't eat out a lot , But BoJangles is a natural for breakfast, Family dinner a little pricy but I can't afford much in this Biden Economy . Looking forward to better days $$

Tried to claim a deal through the app, but it wouldn't work. I showed them at the drive through window the deal on the app. They didn't know how to give me that Bojangles app deal, and wouldn't. They didn't care about their customers, obviously. Sad....poor training, poor customer service
They told me id have to wait a few minutes for my chicken supremes, and when they finally brought that joint oupiet only had 3 and i paid for 5

This is the worst Bojangles ever. The AI ordering system is terrible and then when that doesn't work there's an ignorant and rude employee who's too dumb to answer basic questions. If they can't even respond like a normal human then I can't imagine what the food would have been like. This location pretty much sums up what's wrong with the world these days.

I'm surprised this place is open. Went here on night after Bible study class. The cashier who I be was the manager was very rude and nasty. Grumpy ? and grunting while taking my order. If he didn't want to work they should have shut the place down. Fries were old and stale. The chicken Supremes were crumbs and the biscuit so hard my dog wouldn't even eat it. Its ashame you can't get good customer service or good food. I won't be coming back here. This place I believe is new but the manager who reminded me of Carl Winslow was just down right nasty and unfriendly. The whole staff was just rude. I wish I could reach corporate. This is given Bojangles a bad rep. I wouldn't go here!!! So sad!

Went last night and purchased chicken supremes combo with a sweet tea and I was given chicken tenders nuggets and fries both which were old and cold.NOT EVEN THE RIGHT ORDER! The manager or "Carl Winslow" at the window had a very nasty attitude and didn't want to be there. Never had an issue at this location but after getting sick from the food last night, I will not be back! Do not support this location unless it during the day time!

Drive through only at a brand new store! Way to go. You have to be mindful of who is in charge of your business. I’ll be taking my business somewhere where I can dine in. Not everyone wants to eat in their car.
