So I purchased a leg n a sweet tea. They didn't have any legs. So I opted for the wing. The wing was smaller than usual n was dried. I asked them if this was the biggest they had n she replied yes. The wing had definitely been sitting in the heated area. For longer than an hour. This is my second time coming here n felt like I wasted my money. Definitely not coming back to this location. Very disappointed in the quality of food.

Please tell me why in the world in the 20 minutes I was there , 5 cars that's all 5 cars went through and their were at least 7-8 people inside on phones hiking around and outside was covered in nasty trash all from you guessed it Bojangles.. very

Could your employees have a little less obvious contempt for the patrons? Also, converse with each other a little less, and make orders a little faster. Nothing like being the only person in line and waiting 15 minutes to place my order.
I visit this location infrequently, but the experience always consistent.
Horrible service. I pull up to the speaker, Noone else at the speaker. I wait 5 minutes I get nothing response wise from the inside.Someone pulls up to the second speaker and gets their order taken, I wait another 5 minutes before I start calling them.All I get is give us a minute, we are short staffed. No apology about the wait, so I wait a few more minutes and they take the other speakers order again so I just left. Awful

I was sooooo excited a bojangles was opening up so close to me. About 95% of the time I order this place or use postmates it’s wrong. I don’t understand how it’s so difficult to read a ticket and then put the items into the bag. It’s NEVER busy when I go there so either the people they hire are completely illiterate or they really just don’t care. Either way they need new staff and new management since they can’t seem to EVER get it right. ?♀️ BTW I never order more than 2/3 biscuits combos so it’s not like my order is complex.
