Could your employees have a little less obvious contempt for the patrons? Also, converse with each other a little less, and make orders a little faster. Nothing like being the only person in line and waiting 15 minutes to place my order.
I visit this location infrequently, but the experience always consistent.

Cajun bacon cheddar melt and brings out cheddar bo biscuit frys cold and burnt and biscuit dry and took 20 mins to get the wrong food
