Went through the drive thru and got #13 and the chicken was so juicy and fresh and also the rice. Very good from the manger keeping the quality of the food the best!!

On Thursday, November 7th, I ordered my family dinner via the app at 5:42pm. I arrived 6:15pm to pick up my order. I walked in, and it was extremely hot in the restaurant. There was no one at the cash register. I waited about 5 minutes and said "Hello"! No one answered by this time. Another guest walked in to pick up her order, and a man walked from the drive-thru area and told us we had to wait. She said I only ordered 2 sweet potato pies he grabbed them and threw them a bag. I said I'm here to pick up my order he said, "You gotta wait!" By this time, it's 6:30pm. I walked into the dining room area, which was a mess. There were 2 little girls (unattended) sitting there with food jackets and papers everywhere. There was a couple sitting there because they, too, were told they had to wait to place their order. As I was waiting, the man was having a 5 min conversation with someone he knew in the the drive thru window. I said "Sir I have a meeting at 7 and need to leave!" He responded, " I'm short staff, and I can't leave my drive thru, and if you wanted your food that bad, you should've gone thru!" 3 young men had come in, and they overheard, and they turned around and walked out. I responded, "I placed my order an hour ago, and this unacceptable that it's not ready." He said, ' You're not going to raise your voice at me in front of my child,' who now joined us at the counter. As he was preparing my order, he made comments, " People don't come in here talking to me any kinda way and in front of my child... they don't know me... I got time today...shoot play with me if you want to." I took my order, spoke to the couple, and left. As I was leaving, the couple walked out behind me. This is truly unacceptable!!! Please address this employee!!

Usually stop for brunch after a weekly appointment in the area. Decent food and service each time. I'm not a fan of the new wings tho.

Dietary restrictions: It's hard to find breakfast that not containing pork. I usually get the steak biscuit, gravy biscuit (I try to pick out the sausage) or Bo-berry biscuits.

Slowest Bojangles in Charlotte. Drive thru or dine in you're waiting a minimum of 20 minutes. And when you do eventually get your food 50/50 chance it's either perfect or bottom of the barrel. Robot drive thru speaker is the hardest worker here.

I had made an order from Uber eats and they gave me the incorrect dipping sauce. The whole point of the order was to try the new product and it was incorrect. Now I have to clock in and I didn’t even get a refund smh.

The menu for dinner is just chicken strips after 8:30? Got call BS. What a joke! How the hell is this place in business. So unprofessional at the window as well. Why have a menu board if it ends at 8:30? Someone explain this to me!

Opens at 5:00am came by for a cup before road trip no one in store doors locked other people waiting online.
Next visit I had knee replacement and needed a handicap parking. Where’s their handicap parking?? In the very back of the building by the take out speakers. What stupid Moro. Would place (2) handicap spots furthest away from the door? The same idiot that advertises they ope by 5 am it doesn’t.!
Bojangles needs to the rescind and refund this HORRID location

Wheelchair accessibility: None! Handicap parking and ramp couldn’t be further from the door. This is against ADA laws
