Ordered Bacon egg cheese combo with potato rounds and coffee.The potato rounds were undercooked therefore HIGHLY FULL OF GREESE.LITERALLY GARBAGE as I had to trash them.Bojangles has lost their way over multiple visits to different locations in NC and SC, mostly Charlotte.The wait time is horrendous inside and takeout.Several times they have been totally out of chicken, and sometimes wouldn't sell biscuits because they knew they were hard not fresh.Lost hope in Bojangles ability or desire to recover after trying numerous times for over a year - they never got it together.I remember their crispy fried chicken so well and kept trying again - Hoping it would be better the next time.No quality control. I'm worn-out trying them and not ever going back.TRULY DISAPPOINTED.I checked where I reviewed Bojangles over a year ago out of chicken.The only consistent good experience was in Asheville Tunnel Road Bojangles near VA Hospital.Charlotte Hwy 51, and Monroe Road locations DISASTEROUS. Charleston SC also ran out of chicken as well as Monroe Road location.Monroe Road recently had over 20 minute inside wait for Cole slaw. Really?SUPPLY CHAIN problem , or just can't manage inventory? Probably bad management.Coffee was HOT, fresh and tasty.KUDOS FOR COFFEE.

This has to be the worst Bojangles in the city. They are slow, rude, my order is almost never correct. The rice is always undercooked, fries are never fresh and they close at least an hour early every night. It is 8:35pm on a Friday and they are closed already

After ordering my sandwich asking for deluxe (lettuce tomato) the employee forgot to mute their microphone and said “effing white people.” I didn’t mention the comment since it was a kid at the window. Received my food and found half the tomato on my sandwich. Leaving a review to show how white I am.
