I went inside to order but no one was up front to take my order. So after 5 minutes or so I noticed everyone was in the office area. I asked to be helped and was told to give them a second after I've already been waiting. The person that came to take my order was very poor at customer service. I felt as if I weren't welcome. After still got my order wrong. I stood waiting for help no one came until an employee smoking a cigarette came back inside. They corrected my order for me. I won't be back to this location it's the same careless demeanor every time I come.

Worst Bojangles I've had in forever. I'm a Carolina boy and love their biscuits. But i ordered Boberry biscuits with extra icing and I had to ask three times for the extra icing and they gave me the hardest biscuits I've ever had there and almost no icing but still charged me for it. The Cajun filet biscuit was overcooked and I was not able to eat any of my breakfast. I guess they figure since I'm going through the drive thru they don't have to try at all because I don't have time to drive back up there to complain. Avoid this location and try the one on Pineville/Mathews. They are much better

Black Mirror Bojangles. AI, self serve kiosk, cash only outside, card only inside. Disorganized nightmare of a breakfast. The kiosks inside you are forced to order through don’t have any customization options nor the ability to upgrade or “bo size” your order even as it’s advertised on the tv in front of your face. The employees have no organizational tools to make do. Tickets all over the desk and floor out of order. They don’t serve customers or take orders so they have no idea who ordered what. This is why we use humans for customer service. It’s easier for everyone. I feel so bad for the employees they are just doing their best in a place of work that has failed them. Everyone in that busy building was miserable today. The food was top tier for Bojangles too. Please help your employees!!!!!!!

Fries and tenders were overcooked, dry and cold. The Cajun filet was too spicy and not consistent with the other locations. The price on the board does not match the price at checkout. I’ve visited this location 2-3 times and the total is always more when the automated voice takes the order. The employees were pleasant at the window.
11/1/24: I returned this morning to give it another try. The Starry drink is only carbonated water, no drink syrup. The Bo rounds are dried out and the pork chop is overly seasoned and too spicy to eat. The only thing edible is the biscuit.
It’s always an amazing experience coming to this location!! My sister and I will go out of our way to come here specifically. Everyone who works here is really nice, and two of the workers (I asked their names it’s Keyshawn & Devin) were so funny it was day brightening! Everybody made sure we got exactly what we wanted and were super attentive. This is a very specific appreciation, but I have to say that the soda machines make such perfect bubbly soda… superb. Also, nobody is ever gonna beat boj honey mustard.

The tenders looked refried but when do they not, it’s bojangles, and the fries were poorly seasoned. On the other hand they are really the true definition of using one item for multiple things. Their biscuits are ok but it seems like they always tryna find something new to do with it. I tried the peach cobbler and the only thing good about it was the filling. Just fyi everything is not made to have a biscuit as the base. None of the less it still at least looked good.
