Manager is not professional workers are rude and the good was spoiled and raw. When i brought it back the manager was nasty and asked what were they supposed to do give me free food? This place needs to shut down. Horrible horrible horrible.plus i went in to order because I sat at an empty drive through 20 mins waiting to give my order so I parked went inside and first it wss nasty nasty. Got to counter and no customers in like one person inside eating so they were not busy ..it took them 5 mins of all 4 people standing playing and laughing to come take my order and oke was the manager. Whom I watched throw a fry at an employee it landed on counter and then employee wiped on floor where it laid ...they took my order finally 20 later I get it go to my car to eat because it was so nasty inside..the rest room was sickening..then chicken sandwich that I bit into was spoiled and raw...I spit it out of course ..the fries were hard and cold ...smh ..do better..I think this bojangles either needs shutting down or fire all staff and start over and train better...

The best ever. Being able to pick up great food and walk to smoky Joes and be welcomed in both places was such a great night. The restaurant was clean, organized and the staff was friendly. I would definitely go back.

The food was great. Fries were fresh and hot and not hard. Chicken was great as well not soggy. Good crisp. However my only problem was that I ordered two thighs. Even the biscuit was awesome. Didn’t taste doughy. Pretty good. This location is the best one that I have been to in Charlotte.

Talk to your customers. Why am I expected to talk to a machine? It never gets my order right and conveys the message that customers aren’t valued enough to actually have a human being speak to them. Unacceptable!
The manager was rude and agitated at the windows when we asked for honey mustard she stated that we were aggravating cause the transaction was done and she charged us 42 cent for the honey mustard in which we have never been charged b4 for the honey mustard I called to make complaint about the employee then I realized she was the manager and she stated that it was her at the windows and denied saying what she said so not only was she rude but also a lier ion even want my food nor do I plan on supporting a company that has manager in place that feels comfortable enough to b disrespectful and lie me and everyone in my car heard her so I know I'm not trippin this whole spot is ghetto

I recently visited Bojangles and ordered their Bo Chicken Sandwich. Unfortunately, my experience was less than stellar. The sandwich I received looked nothing like the one advertised. The photo showed a plump, crispy chicken fillet, but what I got was a sad, flat piece of chicken that barely filled the bun. It was quite disappointing. The taste was okay, but the presentation left much to be desired. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.

My bo rounds were overcooked. They kindly tried to make a new batch, but they were still unacceptable. Their heat or timing is off for the bo rounds.
