Poor customer service and the food quality wasn’t good. Old batch of fries. Also had an issue with the worker placing the multiple orders in one box who then decided to lecture me on about my reasoning for requesting the orders be separated (food allergy cross contact). If your customer is making a reasonable request, meet the request. Simple.

This place can’t seem to satisfy simple Customer request . I visit this location often and it’s the same problem I always ask for freshly made light biscuits and every time I receive the total opposite . They often get upset when you ask for something freshly made as if it’s out of the norm for someone to want fresh food as they would if they were ordering food . It’s Bojangles they pride on their “chicken and biscuits” No one wants a cold burnt Biscuit it’s that simple . Management does not put forth effort to satisfy customers request and needs here . The nonchalant “this is what we have attitude” sucks and gets your business no where . Will not be visiting again 🙄

I don't where to begin. First, my greeting was about as dry as the Sahara desert.
Then, I noticed that management here just don't give a damn!
Mold growth on vending machine (pictures reflect this).
My sandwich looked to had another sandwich wrapped in it as there shredded cheese pieces inside of my wrapper (photos provided).
Over cooked Bo rounds (more photos).
None of the tables have been wiped down (and when I say there's nobody inside the store when I arrived, there was nobody here).

Careful they are now overcharging for all meals despite the cost being listed on the menu as one thing at drive thru. My meal showed $7 plus change and of course tax then for my non BO sized meal it shows i owe $10? Only thing they had to say at the window is I don't know where you got that from prices are going up like wtf? This location been garbage for a long time and continues it's legacy.
