I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent visit to Bojangles was frustrating enough that I felt compelled to say something. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this location was not being run well.
The staff seemed disinterested and borderline rude. I waited at the counter for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, and when they did, the interaction was rushed and unprofessional. No greeting, no eye contact—just a hurried “What do you want?”
I ordered a 8 piece family meal , and it took over 15 minutes to receive my food, despite there being only a few other customers. When it finally came, the biscuit was dry and stale, the chicken was overcooked and oddly greasy, and the fries were cold and soggy. To top it off, they forgot my sauce and Bo berry cookies.
The dining area wasn’t any better—tables were dirty, trash cans were overflowing, and the whole place just felt unkempt and neglected.
This was a completely different experience from what I used to expect from Bojangles. If management doesn’t step up soon, I can’t imagine this location lasting much longer. I won’t be returning anytime soon.
When I ordered 5 tenders, they only gave me two tenders and the workers were playing in the restaurant, so I did not wish to return to get my sauce and to have my day ruined.
Delivery time and staff attention to detail requires a strong upgrade.
Just got 2 boxes of stale burnt food and it's too far to go back right now. We have to eat somewhere else now. Burnt biscuits in both boxes, stale fries, chewy supremes that bend like rubber. SEE pics...crazy!
I was picking up food for my Spouse and unfamiliar with the menu. The young Lady behind the register was very nice and helpful.

Order two cajun biscuit sandwiches with cheese one with bo-rounds the other with fries. They gave us old chicken with no biscuit and no bo rounds.
Man this good so damn nasty it don’t make any sense!!!
it is always something with this location . One day it’s the wrong sides the next it’s UNSWEET TEA! The amount of money that’s wasted always bo sizing my meal each time just for it to not be correct is ridiculous. then every time i call its “you can bring it back “ like people don't have other stuff to do, how about y'all pay attention and get it right the first time.
When ordering, taste your food all the way to the drink. Something is either old/cold or just plain wrong. This happened every time I came to this location. I won't be visiting anymore.

8:52p no ice tea… told me they couldn’t make any for me because they was getting ready to close.. I will be contacting Shirley Collins to figure out why this is even a thing. I don’t drink anything wit High fructose corn syrup so tea or water… food was fresh though..
On Mallard Creek Bojangles today was the worst, My online order wasn't ready, but I can excuse that but the 3 lady workers in there didn't smile, speak,or greet no one, were looking like they did not want to be there ,just looking mad ,I only saw them 3 employees, rule is all I can say, store was dirty looking they looked dirty and 1 say to me we out of breast u want legs r wings, ok don't matter at this point ,I'm over it get to my car look in the box 8pieces of the smallest chicken I've ever seen coming from bojangles, it look like I order wings from a wing spot non wing spot wings are bigger then what I got from bojangles today ,legs were sooooo small and thighs were cooked
so hard it was no meat on them, wings even smaller, chicken was over cooked ,sad box, sad store ,sad workers if you can't be happy or nice nice even when you tired or rid to go find another job, she new that box wasn't presentable or ok she should've added more pieces to make it better or it's worth ,but noooo here you go with attitude ,never again I'll go across town before I go back to this bojangles again awful if I even go back to any lately bojangles has displeased me but today was the worst .I rather you closed the door then get what I got today ...
Takes forever to even get greeted at the register and the food is cold and stale.

I’ve had consistently bad experiences at this location, but today was the last straw. Normally, I try to go to the Highland Creek or Charlotte Motor Speedway locations, but a last-minute request from my family had me stopping here again—and I regret it.
We ordered two 5-piece Supreme combos: one with seasoned fries and Bo Sauce, the other with coleslaw and Creamy Buffalo sauce, both with iced tea. The drive-thru experience was bizarre from the start. The employee handed me the credit card machine through the window, something I’ve never experienced before. Then, I watched him struggle to close the food boxes, which was an early sign that things weren’t going well.
After passing me the food, he seemed confused as to why I was still waiting. When I told him I was waiting for the iced teas that came with the combos, he finally filled them—but unnecessarily Bo-Sized them. Rather than continue dealing with the incompetence, I just drove off.
Once home, we opened the boxes to find:
• Unseasoned fries in both boxes, just dumped on top of the chicken.
• One box had only three chicken strips, the other had only four (when both should have had five).
• The coleslaw was in the box with only three strips and barely filled 1/3 of the tiny container—less than two spoonfuls.
• Neither box contained any sauce.
This was a complete disaster from start to finish. If this is how they run their location, I’m done. With a new Cook Out located across the street, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere. Avoid this Bojangles if you value decent service and getting what you actually ordered.
Soo good to have a steak egg and cheese biscuit when I visit home!
