Drive thru crazy long, go inside everybody running around with their heads cut off no chicken no sides. Everything cooking. 6 bodies just standing around. Bunch of locs nobody wearing hairnets, or hats. Gloves look sweaty, gloves looked to be wet inside & needed to be changed. A bunch of criticals. Service was bad we weren’t greeted upon entry waited atleast 3 minutes at the counter with multiple people looking at us. No one said one moment someone will be with you shortly. Only thing good about the experience was the chicken was hot. We had to wait for it to good but it was fresh

The coffee was like tea. I asked them if they would make another pot, which they did. Once it was done, they yelled out that it was done and that I needed to come to the counter to get it. The employees were dressed very poorly. No uniform, but dirty shirt and jeans. None of the tables were clean. Wished I looked at the reviews before I stopped by

I swear it’s so disappointing not even being able to get chicken from a chicken restaurant. It’s never chicken after 5 at this location, they don’t swap or substitute anything for their inconvenience. Very sad.

This location has horrible service the kids working there instead of sitting up gossiping laughing and playing in the back how about teach your employees what good customer service is customers sitting in the lobby waiting forever on food because they too busy playing around and forgetting to make people orders and i watched one light skinned girl sit up and make a sandwich with no gloves on after she done came from the back doing god knows what wont be returning to this location

Emotionless Zombie guy took our order. Then we just sat and waited in the store (which smelled like it had been mopped with stagnant mop water). The place was empty. There were about 8 employees in back. It was crazy how slow and inefficient they were. There was another customer complaining about waiting 20 mins for her meal and still not ready.

While waiting for food we saw employees put chicken back in bin while carrying it in his hands without gloves. We just got our refund and left.

Came in at 12 on a Sunday , ordered in a timely manner, upon waiting for my order I want to requested my tea to be half sweet/unsweet to be completely disregarded by Shirley and received the response “I’m working on $100 you’re gonna have to tell somebody else” as if all customers shouldn’t receive the same treatment , when I received my order it was missing honey mustard and Shirley responded it was .50 cents when it was missing in the first place and kept my money as well , been here before and received great service with Stacy she should be the gm

Went through the drive thru and tried to order a family meal. Not only was she rude, she blatantly stated “we aint got that” I ask what that was and she sarcastically stated family meal. Please work on your professionalism and customer service!!! Everyone doesn’t need to feel your lack of wanting to be there. She was so rude I was scared to order anything else, ask yourself would you want a mad individual fixing your food!? DO BETTER

No chicken cooked at 8:30 at night. Just came here from the Prosperity store. They didn’t have chicken cooked either. After telling me I had to wait 20 mins for chicken the young lady at the drive through says oh
yeah we don’t have green beans either. The store is supposed to be open two more hrs. Why don’t you have food. I’m just asking for basic chicken, not something special like tenders. I mean chicken is your main dish…. When told the young lady I would wait she acted surprised. It’s almost as if she wanted me to cancel my order.???

We went to Bojangles for a Sunday morning lunch/brunch. It wasn’t very crowded, and we waited about 10–15 minutes for our food. Most people seemed to be opting for takeout rather than dining in, probably because the furnishings looked quite worn out. The food was served warm and tasted okay overall—it was my first time trying Bojangles, so I’d say it wasn’t great, but not bad either. The highlight for me was definitely the biscuits—they were warm and really good.

Just stood in the lobby for 20 minutes without getting any service. About 10-15 cars were serviced. A customer is a customer. It doesn't make any since.
