Went through the drive thru. Ordered a GRILLED chicken sandwich. After getting back home I opened up my sandwich to find out it was fried. Unfortunately I can't eat fried food. Also got green beans but they gave me no fork. Would have gone back but didn't have time. Guess this is why I usually avoid these places.

I ordered 4 PCspicy supreme with coleslaw and mountain dew. Added Cajun pintos and 2 sweet potatoes pies. I get to the window they are out of Cole slaw and sweet potatoes pies. Get my food and the supreme are not spicy and mountain dew had no mountain in it. Very disappointed.

Went inside to order a 8 piece family meal at around 520pm on a Saturday , was told they don’t have anymore chicken and that they won’t be cooking any more chicken. The place close at 10pm so how are you not going to cook anymore chicken. They might as well close this location if the employee does not want to work.

The employees at Bojangles look almost like homeless people. I rarely see them wearing clean uniforms. If they can’t take care of their own hygiene, how would anyone expect them to be hygienic preparing customers food!

Make sure you don’t DoorDash from this location. They’ll just cancel the order and make up a story about how they don’t have your order. Happened twice in a row, drove to the location and they just made the order for me..

First time having Bojangles. I placed my order on the website, was quoted something wild like 5 minutes for order to be ready. I got there right about that 5 minute mark and about 10 minutes after that I was informed that it would be another 18 minutes for parts of my order to be available (drumsticks, thighs) so I asked if I could switch to the supremes (strips) to avoid the wait. About another 10 minutes later my order was ready. The worker was very polite, apologized and kept me generally informed which I appreciated. All the food was absolutely excellent, the timing and availability left a bad taste in my mouth. I'll have it again, I really hope to avoid the same problems.

Usually the best Bojangles in the area, unfortunately now this location has started using AI voice recognition at the drive through. So now instead of talking to a human who may or may not care about providing good service, it’s a computer that is incapable of caring about anything. Want to substitute a biscuit as your side? DOES NOT COMPUTE. Disappointing and discomfiting.
