Took 25 minutes to get 2 biscuits and a medium Bo-Round. I literally don’t know why I keep coming here, used to be the convenience but I see they’ve forfeited that too. The guy at the window scrolled on his phone for 20 minutes while I waited for 2 biscuits !!! Then just handed it to me, no customer service or anything, didn’t even say a word. No apology for having me wait so long. Terrible location - but what can I say, it’s Bojangles

I had to spend my lunch doing stuff for my kids, so I stopped by this location to grab lunch. I got the chicken sandwich, the rice, and a sweet potato pie. The only thing that was edible was the rice. The chicken was hard through half of it, and the other half was burnt as if they refried it to make it seem fresh. Same thing with the sweet potato pie. It was piping hot in the box, but the pie itself was nothing but grease. I ended up having to literally spit it back into the box after I bit into it.

Never again will I return. I tried to give them a second chance after the first time I ate there I had gotten sick from the sausage biscuit and gravy meal that was about a year ago so I tried to go back today to give them another chance and they failed miserably I got a tiny cup of gravy that was barely half full there was no sausage in there at all barely enough gravy to even cover the biscuit. Even McDonald's biscuit and gravy breakfast meal covers the entire biscuits and has sausage in it I will just stick to them and other places.
This is terrible they never have nothing they always out of food idk even know why they work here terrible new staff please been going up for months

Ordered 5 Bar-B-Q wings. Pushed $9.00 with tax. All were the two bone portion of the wing; there were NO BIG BONE wings included. I wear a size 12 ring. I took a photo of the largest wing and it extended from my “middle finger” tip to the bend of my big knuckle. RIP OFF!!!! Should have known something was wrong when the lady at the window said they were preparing more, plz pull up and I’ll bring them out to you. Suddenly, she said, hold it….we’ve got you Five (5) wings. After arriving at my hotel room, I understood what happened. They off-loaded the “scrub” leftovers to fill my order. See attached photo!

The older lady in drive through was mean, don’t know what her problem was, but all I wanted to do was add a hash brown at the window. She snarled back at me like we can’t add anything, so pay. I was like, how about a manager. Manager came over, gave me the hashbrown, and she was pissy. I felt so disrespected that I didn’t even eat the food, I patiently waited until I finished my lil side job, and politely went back up there to return the food, because I feel like I shouldn’t spend my hard earned money anywhere where I’m disrespected. Well I was greeted by the same manager, and I know they were busy, and he was trying his best to get my refund, but then he called his co manager I’m guessing, and he was a very nice guy, did the refund, heard me out, and actually made up for it and apologized by simply reconciling. Just be careful of a old Spanish lady at the window, cause she ain’t gone add nothing extra for you at the window 🤣😂😂I’ll be back to get me 4 supremes though and a side of dirty rice 🤣🤣
So I’ve been sparring this location from bad reviews, but due to a recent incident I have no choice but to leave a review. Firstly this location is constantly out of certain sides/fixings and or the food is cold or overcooked. I let that slide. However a couple of days ago, my husband went to this location to get me food. One, they were out of most of the sides. Two..They messed up our order as they usually do. But lastly my husband dropped his credit card in the restaurant. He immediately called the next day and they said they didn’t see it (He hadn’t been anywhere else) The next day someone there attempted to charge multiple transactions at Sam’s Club, a gas station and other locations to my husband’s credit card. Warning they employ felons and scammers that are incompetent. Thankfully my husband froze his card. We will be contacting authorities and corporate. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Unless you want a messed up order and your card used for theft.
