No food here. They're open at 8:46pm 4/22 but they're out of chicken as well as other things. Might as well be closed, I mean it's Bojangles, you'd kind of expect chicken right?

Would not let me order through the drive through even though they had someone speaking and able to hear me. I don't understand how you can hear me and tell me to go inside to take the order instead of running your drive through

Not the cleanest place, but the staff are extremely nice and the food was good, also a benefit to order and have my meal come out right unlike other places!Parking: Tons of space in the parking lot!

Bojangles... what part of "8 piece box, dark meat only. Just thighs would be great, but legs and thighs are OK. No white meat. I don't like white meat. Just as a reminder dark meat only. Great, can you read that back to me? That's right 8 piece dark meat box. Thanks." could possibly be interpreted as that I wanted white meat chicken in my chicken box? I understand messing up once in a while, but this is basically the standard operating procedure for Bojangles these days. Something's always wrong. The buns are stale, the biscuits are smashed, the dark meat box has 75% white meat... I could live with getting the wrong side occasionally but there's just a major malfunction every time I order here. There are no more second chances.

I go to the drive thru, I order only two bo berries. The dude goes “I gotchu.” I get to window, the GM eventually comes out and says I need to order at the speaker and accuses me of jumping in line… I tell him I ordered at the speaker, he turns around to ask someone else if anyone ordered two bo berries and he says “nah.” I feel like I was on an episode of punk’d… who hires these people???

I ordered 3 boxes of bo berry biscuits online on April 6th at ,10:05 am requesting that they be ready by 11:15. I had a funeral to go to and had to be there by 12. I go inside the location at 8521 N tryon St where the cashier told me they had two boxes ready and the manager John Rogers said it would be 3 minutes on my last box. I was clearly frustrated because I did order them an hour before. The manager never acknowledged me or made any effort to speed up my order instead he was joking and playing with the kitchen staff. He finally put some Bo berry biscuits in the oven, took them out, iced them and placed them in the area when everyone had access to them and sure enough the drive thru took half of them. When I saw that I mentioned it to the cashier and she yelled back and ask him where are my biscuits he yelled back saying I just put some out. Never once did he make my order a priority or let the cashier know he had just placed some out and it seemed intentional and also said it would be 3 more minutes. The cashier finally made the executive decision to offer me what biscuits they did have a long with additional items to complete my order so I could leave. Oh did I mention I got there at 11:20 and didn't leave until 11:40. After the cashier completed my order Manager John Rogers had the audacity to finally come to he front and ask if there was anything else he could do for me. I kindly picked up my bag thanked the young lady who actually did his job and walked out for good. I will never do business at that establishment again. Mr John Rogers does not represent your company well.

The food is always consistent. The problem is the service. The lady at the counter was cool, the lady at the drive thru just game me whatever along with a little attitude. If you done like your job., just leave.

I always love Bojangles, but every time I go to this one and order more than one combo they either get the order wrong, get an attitude, or both. I won’t be returning to this location and I will be using the other locations in Charlotte and Harrisburg from now on.

Ordered a 5pc Supremes combo. Received a box of biscuits. Had to ask for the large tea that comes along with it twice. Reading the reviews this seems to be commonplace.
