This is not a family friendly restaurant as the customer service is terrible it seems as the employees judge you based on the food you are getting. I also waited for my food more than 20 minutes. The food was also dry and it felt undercooked. The tables were also messy and it seemed that nobody wanted to clean up the tables after people left.

Attitude and very rude customer service. 10 people working behind the counter and nobody at the register taking orders. I waited 5 minutes before saying anything. I asked was there anyone taking orders at the register and got very bad attitude. Then I asked the lady with orange braids can she take my order and her response was not until everyone get their food. My response was there are 10 of you guys behind the counter and at least one person could take orders from register. They are bunched up doing nothing. The customer before me said her and her family were waiting for over 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. I asked to speak with the manager but was told that the manager was busy. I’m definitely contacting corporate behind this and won’t stop until that whole crew is removed. If you don’t like your job then find another one if you have any skills to work at a different occupation.and then this place looks like it needs a makeover. Carpet dirty. Homeless woman sleep at one of the tables looking doped up. My main part of this review is as a customer I won’t accept disrespect from anyone because I wouldn’t disrespect anyone. A simple question went straight into a huge problem. I’m gonna see what corporate does. If nothing then bojangles is off my list of places to eat and spend my money with. Customer care comes first. Without customers then you are out of business.

Two of the 15th of me living in Charlotte I have visited this location. I live 20 mins away from here & was simply hungry & thought it would be okay to visit. They served me raw chicken & questioned if I wanted to come inside of their establishment. Do not & when I say do not go to this location I mean just that.

Picked uo a 5 piece chicken finger. And niw I kniw why they are fingers. No bigger than my index finger, very very dry and extremely salty. Fried were salty and biscuit hard. If I had more time I would have returned it.
