I just left there at almost 8:30 in the morning and I bit into a COLD sausage egg and cheese biscuit. It shouldn't be cold. It is like it wasn't even under the heating lamps. I couldn't turn around because I had to get my son to a doctor appointment. At least his bo rounds were mildly warm. Honestly wouldn't want new food, just a refund. Highly disappointed.

I was impressed with the quick and friendly service. This Bojangles has a unique Floorplan with a smaller in-store dining area, which was completely occupied. I'm glad that this new location is doing so well. Bojangles remains one of my favorite restaurants because of the consistency in the product. They make my favorite biscuits.

this location has automated ordering that doesn't understand southern.Ordered 2 pc breast and wing with two fixings.Got three wings with potatoes and slaw.Ordered beans got FF's.Used to be great.Won't be back.Last filet and biscuit were dry !

What you see on the app is FAR different then what you’re served. Why does the app and all of your promotional art show brown gravy but the only gravy you serve looks like baby spit up. The biscuits are way too salty. The service is either great or absolutely terrible, no in between. Do better!

Drove up and greeted by very obviously robotic voice. It recorded my order right, appeared correct on the screen. The card system was down so I had to pay with cash. Drove off and when I got where I was going to eat turned out the sandwich was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. Very disappointed. Don't want to drive back and forth. Instead I'm just going to avoid this place in the future.

This location has a lot of bad reviews but every time I've been to this location things have been great. Orders are correct and food is great. I've even had great service. The peach cobbler is one of the best fast food desserts out there!

I swear this location is the stingiest when it comes to the condiments. I usually spend over 20 each visit for breakfast and ask for condiments and they give 1 mayo and 2 ketchup even when I ask for extra in the bag. If I buy 3 biscuits and a large bo round what is 2 ketchup packs and 1 mayo gonna do?.

Well, for starters, they did not have the new 2 × bird dogs for $5! Then they didn't have any "Bo' rounds" and said it'd be a 6-minute wait... when 10 minutes later they 4 me the "Bo' rounds" hadn't even been dropped yet, so I got fries... I watched one customer come in and was not greeted, or even acknowledged, for several minutes. He walked right back out after 6 or 7 minutes without service.
