Writing to reply to the Business:
1) Get rid of the AI at the box. It gives the staff a false sense of correction as I asked for a human then the staff wanted to let me know the AI got my order correct.
Impossible BECAUSE I never gave my second item and the first item was requested with no seasoning salt but wasn't confirmed. AI did offer me a drink for $2.49+

2) Individual specials should be a thing like Bojangles is offering for breakfast.

3) Online prices match the menu board. There are specials online but all family size and all dark meat.

4) Introduced Bojangles tonight and it didn't go over well. 2 piece white with fries (seasoning salt on the side) and dirty rice.

1 star on the atmosphere because of AI's role and the response.

Kudos for the service providers in the drive thru.

A bacon and egg biscuit is easy to make. The biscuit was hard and gritty and food cold. Now if your staff has time to just run their mouths talking to each other I am sure they have time to do their job. No one wants to waste their money. I won't be returning and I suggest you all tighten up.

I went and the girl at the window didn’t give me my debit card back. A hour into my shift i noticed someone spent $50 on my card a smoke shop directly down the hill from this location. I went and spoke to a manager and haven’t heard anything since! Make sure you get your card back because one of the employees will use your card. Be careful!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! We came to this Bojangles tonight 02-05-2025 during Business Hours and the Doors were Locked. The Manager name is Steven. . We arrived before 8:00pm tonight and the doors were locked and the employees and manager were walking around talking and laughing doing nothing. The store hours said the restaurant closes at 10:00pm. VERY POOR SERVICE!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible place. Workers kept looking at you but would never serve you. Asked a couple of the same ethnic background if needed anything, but when you tried to speak turned away. Me and others left

I went to this Bojangles at 8:30 at night. The lobby stays open till 10:00 and drive-thru is open till 11. :00 but you would have thought the place was closing in 10 minutes. There was no food on the line. The little bit of chicken that they had prepared was in a pan over where they keep the biscuits. There was some prepackaged sides that were there. Everybody was cleaning which Clint East. Not bad if you're not busy. Pat, if there's customers they should be taken care of. I ordered a wing dinner with french fries that was fair. The highs fries were hot but they weren't fresh. It was almost like they dunked them back in oil or something. The wings were Luke warm. While sitting in the dining room the employees were very loud. Some yelling, a lot of laughing and I mean I'm not opposed to people having fun at work. But it just wasn't professional. I was really disappointed

Ordered combo. Food good. Used their electronic order . Add packet of mustard to my order. Had order to go. Did not receive mustard or napikins. And it's bring your kid to work day who has been running through the restaurant beating a string on the booth seats.

Worst ran place I ever visited.
No one wanted to take your order.
The automatic ordering system didn't work. Manager told to place our order at the register.
W-4 of us waited at least ten minutes after the Manager walked to the back.
Staff just stared at us doing nothing or minimum things. ONE STAYED on her phone trying not to make eye contact.
One man started asking nice at first then raised his voice to get someone to look our way.
That's when I walked out left drove to another restaurant..

My pintos were dried out. It was early in the day and they looked rough. No seasoning on my fries either. I picked this because they are usually pretty good. It was busy for a Wednesday before Thanksgiving too. Expected greater quality.
