Dislocation is normally on point. The food is always hot and fresh. Today I tried the bo berry cookies and they were awesome. Think of a soft sugar cookie with blueberries mixed in the batter. Try them. Trust me.

I just left this bojangles about 15 minutes ago, i get home to eat my food and found that the chicken in my cajun fillet biscuit was raw.not only do they serve raw food, the workers have piss poor attitudes. please get it together, this is ridiculous and disgusting! i will be reporting this picture and my receipt for proof to the health department

I was only there to pick up a delivery the place was busy the energy in the place was positive I was treated with respect and love and offered free food because I waited long and I really appreciate that because I was hungry

FOOD: The fries were heavily seasoned - lots of salt. I wish they'd lighten up a bit on the seasoning. The chicken was as expected - good tasting and well cooked.ATMOSPHERE: The staff was not rude to us, but there were no smiles, no "thank yous," and they acted as if they were just "doing a job." GIVEN, it was lunch time and there WAS a line, but a smile and a "thank you" is quick and inexpensive, and people appreciate it.
I'm quite sure this will never be looked at but every time I go to this Bojangles my order is never correct they never do anything that you ask. No customer service at all they have no clue how to wait on someone.

Cashier was Very slow. Food came out at a reasonable time but the order was taken incorrectly so I had to wait for them to fix it. Zero Pepsi was out in 3 locations so I had to wait again & they didn't tell me it was fixed so I waited longer than necessary

The virtual drive-thru assistant is THE WORST experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. It got my order wrong and charged me for stuff i didn't order. At no time does it confirm your order, it just tells you a price and to go the window. Been going to this particular Bojangles for years, but im not coming back!

It's so much I want to say but I will get straight to the point. I would like to acknowledge three individuals who always give top-notch service. The ladies who pack the food never miss a beat and there names are KeKe, Ro (Ronnetra) and Nia. These ladies always pack my orders right. They always have a smile on their faces and never any attitudes. It's rare to go to food places (specifically drive-thru) and find people who greet you in a friendly manner and actually like what they do. I definitely wanted to shine a bright light on these phenomenal and sweet ladies for representing this particular Bojangles 1407 East 3rd Street, Charlotte, NC 28204 in a positive and upbeat way. Thank you so much, I love you'll including the Manager and the other employees at this location. I will continue to be a repeat customer.
