This time when I went to the Bojangles on freedom drive the food was fresh and good, the reason why I gave service of Fords because they are short on staff but they're doing the best that they can the atmosphere I gave her the three because they don't have enough people in there to help keep the tables clean Plus distributor food, but I was pleasantly surprised !!!!! I'm upset with service atmosphere at this place. The workers at the drive thru window, laughing. And asking me what's in the back seat of my car. When I had nothing but groceries for me and my family.
Next time this place see me. Don't disrespect me. Because I'm gonna be petty as hell. And call the health department on this place 😤

been in NC whole life, this is by far the worst bojangles location I've ever been to. food is what you expect, but don't expect to get what you order. consistently incorrectly sized items and missing sauces.
it's a fast food place. I don't expect good service. you know what you're getting. but the current employees here are just plain rude and will not listen to you. show them the receipt showing the correct size, show them the box that doesn't have sauce in it, they just don't care and will say and do anything to move you along, including blaming you.
there is another location 5 min from here off Wilkinson. if you live near here, go there. service is not only better but significantly faster. do not bother with this location until it is restaffed or under new management.

The food is trash/old and the lady at the drive-thru is very disrespectful and unprofessional she need to be replaced and they must be hooked on phonics they cannot take a order the correct way after the AI takes it

I had to try the new Bo bites at Bojangles. They are cute little popcorn chickens that are surprisingly a decent size. Of course they have that nice Bojangles seasoning flavor like you’re biting into their regular chicken. It’s not the slightly spicy flavor like the cajun or supremes. It is kind of odd asking for 9 nuggets since the usual amount is 10 so I ordered 6. Other than that it’s totally worth trying. Hopefully soon they’ll have a split combo with nuggets and tenders but we’ll see what happens.
By far, the best Bojangles we have eaten at. The employees were very friendly. I recommend to anyone looking for a good breakfast.

It's been two kisses since I ordered takeout, two pieces of chicken, rice, macaroni and a container to eat and no straw for the drink. It seems that the workers don't know what they're eating. It will be the last time I visit that place.
