No one was wearing hair nets then the young man had nice dreads but was slinging it all over the place where the food was. Absolutely not! That's why I eat at home. I was just grabbing something for someone. But I don't expect much from this location of Charlotte or any fast food place for that matter!

The lady at the front register wore no gloves and was packing food ? touching the register, etc very rude poor poor customer service. Was not knowledgeable about specials and would not answer my question on what came in the meal. Worst experience

I went to complete a doordash order and was serviced by Nae(nay) she eas extremely pleasant and respectful and also respectful however the “ manager “ by the name of “ TK “ was extremely unprofessional and rude. I never been to an establishment and received such lack of professionalism. And to be told that she was a manager is even crazier . Do better with picking out professional managers and employees. I did nothing to her to be treated so rudely and uncared for as a Customer service representative manager in fast food. I never had a “ manager “ treat me with that type of lack of care. Never will be back.

I went here 03/06/24 and part of my order was a half gallon tea half sweet half unsweetened. So out of the workers there was only one with a friendly demeanor. There was a young man with dreads and a heavy set young lady with an old school necklace like the ones the rappers use to wear back in the 80’s. Mind you she had the stone face the entire time. So, come time for my tea he gonna say oh we don’t have any unsweetened. I said I can’t have super sweet beverages. The nice young woman said how there’s no unsweetened tea ever ready. She said it takes unsweetened to make sweetened? I tell him I want my money back. He gonna tell me they don’t give refunds. So after the nice young lady asked why they don’t ever have unsweetened they go in the back. For about 10 minutes he comes out with this dark thing of “TEA” talking about it was fresh brewed. LMBO. I told him I didn’t want that liquid he went out of sight to make. He gonna say I don’t have any ill intent. Young folk out here shameful. Disrespectful and take jobs there personality not suited for. I didn’t make them fill out their applications. Stay home if you don’t like the job you chose. This was around 8:00pm. Maybe they choose which customers to treat with good customer service. Go figure.
